The location is unbeatable, amazing view, spacious and clean. Staff at the reception is the best, professional, caring and attentive. Quiet area, yet close enough to the center and all kind of attractions. A few steps away from a super stocked supermarket, all sorts of bars and restaurants. I rate it 10 points

Start with a positive the view is lovely however the Sun leaves the balcony at 1 o’clock not great the apartment is in dire need of an upgrade broken tiles dated decor however the beds were quite comfortable we only stayed one night as unless you are a mountain goat it is way off the beaten track with no amenities about it. It is not 1.2 m from Benidorm Central but indeed it is 8.9 and €15 in a taxi you really are in the middle of nowhere. we went to reception and explained that we could not possibly stay another night. I told receptionist I would be back at 3 o’clock to check out however at the designated time they were at your lunch and I was told in no uncertain terms. that, we would have towait half an hour for them to finish their lunch.!!!! I waited 10 minutes and then thought what am I doing? I am the customer. I went back to the lunch area and asked to speak to the manager who was unavailable. The receptionist was rude and completely unprofessional keeping us against our will in order to finish our lunch perhaps considering there were two of them the lunch should be staggered eventually one of them got up and checked out. It took approximately two minutes. We got a refund of €350 not nearly enough and I will never stay here again and would strongly advise unless you are extremely fit not to stay here either.

What can I say from this home from home for us, we have stayed 3times and have booked again for the fiestas in November 23, firstly I'd recommend beniconnect transfer as you'll be dropped off less than 5 min walk from the hotel Bali and also near a major supermarket. The location is as tranquil as you will find with stunning views that are jaw dropping beautiful. Taxis and buses are available from the hotel Bali to get you up to the old or new town, but the walk is only about 25 mins to the harbour in the old town which suits us. The location is perfect for a 10 min stroll to cala de finestrat with some stunning restaurants. The apartment is super equipped with everything you need for self catering. The Samsung flatscreen TV has also English channels if you change the language settings. Also has hdmi port if you have a fire stick or similar TV stick you bring with you. The staff are absolutely fantastic and we look forward to seeing them every time we go. The property is very secure and well lit for late night returns from your evening out. There is a pool table darts board and vending machines. For food delivery I recommend the "glovo app" and for taxis the "pide taxi app" Short walks to local restaurants Staff are so wonderful and do speak English. I'd recommend booking direct rather than booking sites for better rates. There are a few steps up to the property front door and also limited parking available also if your hiring a small car it will be safe. The views at anytime of the day are stunning , enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sunsets. We will always come back here

Lovely accommodation with breathtaking views. Relaxing open lounge on ground floor. Staff very friendly. Spacious apartment with good kitchen and shower room facilities. Five minutes from Beniconnect bus stop and Hotel Bali where local bus stop is located. Six minutes walk to supermercado. Fifteen minutes walk to lovely Finestrat Beach with numerous bars & restaurants.
