Another fabulous stay at this lovely Hotel. Stayed for 5 nights 13th-18th November. Room with sea view is worth the extra. Rooms are a good size, very comfortable and very quiet at night time. Food was extremely good last year but this year it was amazing, so much choice at breakfast and evening dinner. Great location on the Poniente beach with a beautiful promenade and lovely restaurants and bars. My phone wouldn’t work and the lovely girl on reception fixed it for me (thank you). All your staff are a credit to you. Already booked for next year.

Lovely time at H10 Poniente, great location for the beach and old town bars. Staff very friendly, stayed half board and food was very good. Clean and well maintained rooms. Would definitely return.

First time in Benidorm meeting friends but stayed in different hotel from them as I am a big fan of the H10 brand - this hotel did not disappoint. Wonderful welcome in reception with a glass of cava - checked in quickly and was delighted by my sea view room - spacious comfortable modern and spotlessly clean. Shower was amazing. Although half board I only had breakfast here twice which was very good - great selection and the restaurant was very big so no queuing or crowding. Sat outside the hotel reception and was served drinks from the bar - wonderful place to meet friends before heading out to the old town. Directly opposite is the lovely beach which did get crowded but the hotel has 2 great spots with pools on the 5th and 7th floor. Pool bar on the 5th floor was a lovely spot for lunch. All the staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. Maid service excellent. If I return to Benidorm this is the hotel I would return to. It is perfectly placed easy access to old town and great sea views.

Fabulous hotel from start to finish. Walking in the smell was lovely. Staff very friendly and welcoming , nice little bottle of fizz in the room to celebrate a special birthday. Great location. Food was lovely something different all time, was staying 5 nights only ate out once on an evening due to birthday. Would definitely recommend paying extra for the sea view. Beautiful clean rooms. One of the best hotels we have stayed in lately. Hope to return one day.

Excellent location near old town shops then on to Levante beach. The rooms are well set out with enough room and wardrobe space. The whole hotel is kept very clean and tidy. The food provided is good at breakfast and evening. For the price we paid through Jet2 this weeks stay was excellent value for money and would definitely return.

Wonderful stay end of November 4 nights upgraded to sea view room direct with the hotel as unable to do so on jet 2 app slightly more expensive about 100 pound each but well worth it. The hotel offers you 1 hour free use of heated indoor pool and sauna if you book it at reception we did it once there was only eight sun beds inside so guess that would be maximum for that hour. Breakfast was great we upgraded to half board which was a no brainier as it was only 14 pounds each for 4 nights, I would advise doing this at time of booking as if you do it at the hotel it’s 30 pound a day. Staff very helpful great for walks very flat, unless you walk up the hill to the cross which was 20000 steps there and back. Lovely gastro pub next door called Fresh, food and drinks reasonable 15 euro for bottle of wine. Would recommend a tapas bar called Baldos, the hotel is close to tapas alley and the old town overall will be going back next year weather about 18 degrees t shirt during day but jacket for a night.

Great location opposite the beach-Nice rooms and very good food! Breakfast and dinner super!-Cleanliness throughout the entire hotel. Service level high and you feel a real guest. Close to the old town.

Recently returned from a long weekend break at this hotel and the experience was exceptional. The Room, hotel facilities, spa, food, service and cleanliness is all of an extremely high standard. Hotel has a boutique feel, with the facilities equally matched to a larger hotel. Would highly recommend this hotel and very surprised this is not 5 star. As a combined experienced It's up there with some of the best hotels I've stayed in. Thank you H10 and team for looking after us. Special mention to Alicia and Laura.

What a lovely hotel. Very modern and clean, well looked after. Right on the front overlooking the beach and sea. There is a road right outside but the vehicles don’t race along, they drive very slowly and we couldn’t hear them in our room which was a sea view. We had a junior suite with a sea view, excellent size, very well cleaned and looked after by the staff. The only thing I could complain about is the shower, which leaked terribly from the very first time we used it. The bathroom was swimming. We told the reception and they provided some old towels for us to mop up and we used these every day for the whole week. It needs to have a completely nee shower unit and to be sealed in. Room 725 for the hotels information. The food was beautiful, very well cooked and great variety too. Breakfast and evening meal both. The food could have been a bit warmer. It wasn’t hot at all , just warm and went cool quite quickly. That said it wasn’t a problem with anything really. The staff were very hardworking, polite and well mannered.
