Lovely time at H10 Poniente, great location for the beach and old town bars. Staff very friendly, stayed half board and food was very good. Clean and well maintained rooms. Would definitely return.

First time in Benidorm meeting friends but stayed in different hotel from them as I am a big fan of the H10 brand - this hotel did not disappoint. Wonderful welcome in reception with a glass of cava - checked in quickly and was delighted by my sea view room - spacious comfortable modern and spotlessly clean. Shower was amazing. Although half board I only had breakfast here twice which was very good - great selection and the restaurant was very big so no queuing or crowding. Sat outside the hotel reception and was served drinks from the bar - wonderful place to meet friends before heading out to the old town. Directly opposite is the lovely beach which did get crowded but the hotel has 2 great spots with pools on the 5th and 7th floor. Pool bar on the 5th floor was a lovely spot for lunch. All the staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. Maid service excellent. If I return to Benidorm this is the hotel I would return to. It is perfectly placed easy access to old town and great sea views.

Fabulous hotel from start to finish. Walking in the smell was lovely. Staff very friendly and welcoming , nice little bottle of fizz in the room to celebrate a special birthday. Great location. Food was lovely something different all time, was staying 5 nights only ate out once on an evening due to birthday. Would definitely recommend paying extra for the sea view. Beautiful clean rooms. One of the best hotels we have stayed in lately. Hope to return one day.

After recently staying at the hotel I can honestly say what a lovely, clean modern hotel this it in a great location right on the sea front in the centre of the old town. The rooms were large, beds were comfy and had everything we needed. The only negative points was the rooms were lacking an ironing board and an iron, we stayed half board and a lovely as the food was I found it needed few more options/choices especially if you are a fussy eater. However I would recommend this hotel and would have no hesitation in staying again.

Excellent from when we arrived at reception until we left 5 days later. Staff knew we were returning customers and made us feel very welcome. As it was our anniversary our junior suite was decorated with rose petals as a trim on the floor and herts on the bed. Breakfast was great, spoiled for choice. Rooftop pool bar and restaurant looked great although we only had a drink, no food. Overall a great experience again. Definitely returning. Why wouldn’t you? 5 star

Had a 10 night stay in this hotel recently, it was amazing. The staff from reception all the way to the ladies that service the rooms are so friendly and amazing. We were half board and the food was amazing with plenty of choice. The hotel is very clean and well situated with the beach and bars near by. I highly recommend this hotel.

Half Board is awful, the food is cold and the choice is terrible. Breakfast very good, rooms very good, pools freezing which is odd for such a small pool looks amazing but hardly anyone uses it. Main issue though the food is terrible in the evening

Fantastic hotel, staff very friendly and welcoming on arrival, room”mini suite “was very clean with a great sea view, breakfast was excellent with a good choice, will definitely stay again, also great location.
