El hotel es de nueva construcción (2020) y eso se nota posotovamente porque no hay nada viejo ni reformado. La ubicación en 1a linea de mar es fabulosa y está cerca del caso antiguo de Benidorm. al ser un hotel relativamente pequeño y tener las 2 piscinas en las terrazas del 5 y 7 piso, sus dimensiones son reducidas. Eso implica que con el hotel lleno, las tumbonas de las piscinas escasean. Quizá, como detalles negativos diría el hecho de que te cobren 1 euro por toalla de playa/piscina cada vez que quieras cambiarla por una limpia, o que no te pongan una botellita de agua en la habitación más allá del primer día. Las bebidas de la media pensión se pagan aparte, y el pk cuesta 22€ por día. En cuanto al espacio del comedor y recepción, está mal aprovechado, ya que la entrada y la recepción son grandes y desperdician el poco espacio que tienen, por ejemplo, para la música en vivo. La comida es correcta, pero sin más. En definitiva creo que sería más bien un 4 estrellas que un 4 estrellas superior, que es lo que pretende ser. No obstante es una buena opción si buscamos ubicación y nueva construcción.

We were two couples staying 11 nights in July 2025. The hotel is very clean, great location just across from the beach but still more quiet area, five minutes to old city. Breakfast and dinner are very good with a lot of choices. Most importantly is people who works very hard and greeting guests with smile. All workers in any place are very helpful. Thank you very much !

we returned after a lovely stay last summer and opted for a seaview at front again.very clean throughout hotel,friendly staff in all departments and a very good choice of food on half board. Breakfast could benefit from fresh orange juice machine and a variety daily of flavoured yogurt pots. Apart from that,excellent. Service throughout hotel is excellent and the location would be hard to surpass.lovely pools to suit all ages and always found a sunbed on floor 5.

From ariving this hotel says yes the reception team perfect 👌 what a welcome lovely glass of cava very nice touch and the hotel just smelled amazing every single member of the team here were polite and so helpful and friendly we had a junior suite sea view perfection very comfy bed amazing rainfall shower everything was of a high standard and the rooftop pool just another level huge thankyou to every menber of the hotel team for making our first stay in benidorm so memorable and yes 💯 we would return

El hotel como su nombre indica es de 10. Desde la amabilidad en recepción, el olor envolvente y de paz, la habitación amplia, la cama súper cómoda, la atención de todo el personal,… un lujo de estancia, rodeada de pequeños detalles que son los que enamoran. Solo añadiría una cosita para mejora del hotel, si fuese “ only adults” sería un hotel de 10superior.
