Stayed here for 2 weeks at the end of mey.the apts were clean and fresh we had a 2 bedroom apt with 2 large balconys plenty of hot water supplied with your own gas boiler installed on the balcony.if you need any thing for the apt go across the road to playa azul and you can get whatever you want for a small deposit you get your money back when you return it it was 10 euros for a kettle.The kitchen has 2 ring hob and a microwave and all the plates and utensils that you need.cleanets in once a week with fresh towels and loo rolls.small supurmarket outside and a nice coffee bar and restaruant. Only negetave was the tour buses and transfer buses stop outside 24 hours so can be a bit noisy.will return again.

Good points (not many) Central to both old/new Benidorm Plenty of clean towels/bedding Bad Bits (Loads & Loads) No Reception, had to pick keys up from Aqua Azul No lights in main room at all. Holes in internal doors covered by sticky back plastic Half a tiolet roll on arrival an that was it No cleaning all week No one to make any complaints too Tried at Aqua Azul but just gave us a telephone number to ring, not much good as do`nt speak the lingo!! No external bins so rubbish was in the room No kettle No microvave Fridge froze everything even on lowest setting Basically if you just wanted somewhere to sleep then it was ok Would deffinatley not go back Think there were about 4 sun longers around the pool No amenities around pool just a pool an a few longers and was all concrete surfaces. Need i say anymore?

La verdad es que leyendo las críticas no reconozco varios pisos que he visitado en la torre de San Jaime, puedo hablar de los pisos 10º C ,que hemos alquilado en dinstintos años, la ubicaciòn prfecta, portal con cämaras y portero 24h, los vimos en MILANUNCIOS.

Apartamento de 2 habs alquilado por Vicokey R en niumba . Las habitaciones normales. El baño normal pero el lavabo perdia agua al abrirlo. balcones en concreto el del salon y la cocina no cerraban ni abrian bien daba la sensación de que te quedabas con la puerta en la mano.la cocina con store roto vajilla sucia con grasa pelos y restos de comida. Horno imposible de abrir de la grasa que tenia. El grifo con goteo constante. La caldera funcionaba correctamente. Pequeña lavadora en el balcón tb funcionaba correctamente. Plancha nueva. El salon con muebles normales pero el sofa con varias manchas que daban muy mala imagen. El edificio muy bien ubicado pero no te dan llave para acceder a la piscina y solo puedes entrar cuando el portero la deja abierta. Es decir de Lunes a viernes. Y el agua no parecía estar en buenas condiciones. No lo recomiendo. El propietario no nos llamo ni aparecio el día de la salida.

He repetido los titulos de los ultimos comentatios ya que estoy completamente de acuerdo con ellos. Muy muy viejo y muy muy descuidado. Adjunto fotos de agosto 2015. La unica ventaja es que está muy bien situado, es una pena que no los cuiden solamente un poco.

La experiencia en el apartamento ha subido muy buena, aunque en chek-in fue un poco engorroso el apartamento estaba muy bien bien y muy limpio con todo tipo de amenidades como javones etc como si de la habitacion de un hitel se tratara. Los colchones para mi gusto no son del todo còmodos pero por lo demas todo genial. Tiene 3 aires acondicionados por piso y funcionan muy bien, la cocina tambien esta muy bien equipada y la vajilla tambien. Además de las camas (dos individuales y una de matrimonio) dispone de un sofa cama muy util.

Esta en el centron de Benidorm , tiene de todo cerca sitios desde sitios para comer a bancos. El piso esta muy bien, este dispone de todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones. Ademas, el servicio nos trato muy bien y al salir nos ofrecieron botellines de agua.

Ottimo appartamento in centro città: moderno e molto curato. Lo staff è molto cordiale. A piedi è raggiungibile la parte vecchia di Benidorm, comunque servita da moltissimi taxi che all'occorrenza possono essere chiamati per destinazioni più lontane.
