Just come back from a 2 week stay at this great hotel location was perfect food was outstanding always something for everyone staff so friendly and welcoming would definitely stay here again

Food was bland , plates & bowels chipped or cracked , butter was at far end of restaurant away from bread & toaster , waiters were a bit to quick taking plates away leaving you no choice to go back for more food or puddings, no were else had I had to pay for use of safe in your room ,also you had to pay for replenishment of tea, coffee and milk in the room, food , staff in restaurant looked as if they didn't want to be there no 😊 ,towels were not changed in for night we were there , it was clean the hotel ,& you need to bring your own towels for the pool etc as you can't take them from your room , enjoyed the 4 day stay wouldn't go back !

From when we set foot in the hotel we simply have nothing negative to say. Reception staff were helpful and friendly, even when all the keys stopped working due to a computer issue. Everything was resolved quickly and without fuss. Bars are very reasonably priced with friendly staff. Did not use the Spa, so unable to comment. Restaurant was always clean with a good selection of food and one of our party is coeliac and we mentioned this. They provided breakfast and an evening meal every day to those dietary restrictions that was really good. Drinks in the restaurant were a really good price and the staff were all incredible, friendly and very welcoming. The hotel was very clean and everyone friendly. The entertainment was good and varied and didn’t feel we missed out on anything. Location is really good, at the end of the *****. It can be a bit noisy at night/early hours but can’t fault the hotel, the glazing manages to restrict most of the noise. Will definitely be booking for a return.

Well where do I start room was not cleaned properly had to ask for toilet roll etc food was bland and cold not much choice had to wait for a table after plating up our food reception staff rude entertainment dire paid all that money for that spoiled our whole holiday this was our third visit and our last would not return twice before it was gone but not this time lift kept breaking and only 1 working very disappointing indeed

Very nice hotel. However, I did book a massage at the spa. Three ladies on reception, talking to each other and not very attentive. Their English was poor. I paid 55 euros for a back massage and had to pay 5 euros for key which on return I would get my money back I was directed through the Spa door and told when I came out I would have to go through to the spa massage room door they didn’t tell me if I had to come out with a towel or what I should do.was pointed in the direction to where to go and told the spa area was faultless. When I came out I wasn’t sure where to go and had forgotten my key they didn’t remind me about the key. So they obviously kept the 5 euros. Then they pointed left to a room not the nice spa massage room but a side room they were speaking in Spanish and pointing left so I went in the room no no the said and pointed to chairs outside and and told me wait. I didn’t understand they were laughing at me I felt very humiliated. When I eventually got the massage it was short not the full 3o mins. I am 78 years old and I felt they didn’t treat me with the respect I deserved. Poor customer service. I would not go again.
