Had a brilliant time myself and my 2 daughters. Reception staff extremely helpful and friendly, felt welcomed as soon as we arrived at the hotel. The pool area was very clean and could always get a sunbed. Rooms were very clean and spacious. The location was brilliant. 2 mins from beach. Opposite a bowling and arcade venue. Also kids rides to. There is a bus stop just opposite and across the road that will take you to mundomar/aqualandia/ Benidorm Palace in 5-10mins. 2.20 euros each. We were self catering but ate breakfast in the restaurant on our last day and was lovely lots of choice. I would definitely return to and recommend this hotel. Thankyou

Muy buena experiencia en cuanto a ubicación y trato del personal de recepción . A destacar a margarita. Tiene un encanto espacial. Por comida nada de que quejarse. Comida fresca y se agradece la atención del señor de jefe de cocina. La piscina llena, pero en esta época es lógico y entendible. Volveremos cuando tengamos la oportunidad.

El Hotel Belroy está ubicado en el centro de Benidorm, a 50 metros de la playa de Levante. Quiero dejar por aquí mi experiencia en éste hotel. Hemos estado unos días y muy mal. Al llegar allí no me daba buenas sensaciones,pasados unos dias la habitación estaba con unos huéspedes dentro cucarachas, gusanos, chinches...subimos a las 23:00 en la habitación despues de estar fuera y al llegar nos encontramos con la cucaracha recorriendo en la almohada,te hacen las camas con sábanas mojadas que parecia mojada de otra cosa,nunca he visto algo asi en otros hoteles en donde veraneo. En el comedor algunos camareros desagradables ,trato pésima, en el gimnasio algunas máquinas no funcionan y muy pequeño. Limpieza pésima, ruidos por la noche que parecía una discoteca ,gente de a lado haciendo botellón en la habitación de a lado, dentro de la piscina gente bebiendo alcohol frente a los niños, también gente jugando a la pelota dentro de la piscina,luego he escuchado a una señora decir que tenían hongos y que te entran ganas inmediatamente de salir corriendo de la piscina ,gente metiéndose con ropa de calle a la piscina, algunos chicos que parecía que iban muy perjudicados y delante de todos quitándose las zapatillas y tirándose al agua sin lavarse antes,gente con falta de respeto y sin educación ninguna,un descontrol total y malīsima experiencia. NO RECOMIENDO A NADIE. JAMÁS VOLVRRE.

Skye 1/5 Hace 4 horas en Google Habitaciones que no se limpian bien, con gusanos y cucarachas, cucarachas recorriendo por la almohada y sabanas, se solicitan cambio de habitación y no te lo dan, se comunican ruidos de fiesta muchos días de la habitación contigua se solicita cambio de habitación y tampoco te lo dan, lo único que hacen es mandar a personal para que guarden silencio cosa que dura 5 minutos y vuelve la fiesta, gente bebiendo alcohol en el interior de la piscina delante de niños en estado de importante ebriedad, metiéndose en el agua incluso con calcetines y ropa, se comunica al personal de hotel haciendo oídos sordos a las quejas, en el comedor parece ser que solo algunos comensales tienen derecho a que les pongan mesa, te la debes poner tú mismo, delante de ti le darán mesa a alguien que venga detrás tuya pero a ti no. Las sábanas de las habitaciones te las cambian muchas veces estando mojadas. La escusa del hotel, es que por estar al lado de la costa hay cucarachas. Many thanks to the Belroy for looking after us last week. Although we were room only, we got more than our fair share use of the pool, both on the seats, the loungers and the upper level sunbathing too. The bar was well used and well placed. Reception staff were always on hand to help, including basic first aid supplies for a cut and also for fixing a curtain in the room that fell down due to melted curtain hooks from the heat. We had to pay 100 euros up front in case of damage but this was refunded on check out time without issue. There are lockable rooms to put suitcases in as well as shower facilities for after check out. Location is one of the main reasons we booked here and it worked a treat.
