I was very excited about this holiday because of all the great reviews! HOWEVER, There’s no denying that the grounds and hotel are lovely , but I have NEVER experienced staff like it, upon arrival we were told to come back at 2 pm , which is fine and expected. HOWEVER, the male on reception was having issues with other people’s bookings and was quite stressed and busy , so I waited to **POLITELY** ask if our room was ready , to which he aggressively STOOD OVER ME , POINTED IN MY FACE and shouted “LISTEN” and said he didn’t know when it would be ready and started going mad because he was busy… there wasn’t a face inside the reception and outside around the pool that didn’t drop in absolute shock and it has been the talk of the hotel ever since and we have been approached by pretty much everyone saying how disgusted they was. We hoped it was just one member of staff having a bad day , however the man at the bar was exactly the same, just not as aggressive, but rude and annoyed because it’s busy and just pure impolite. It’s just ruined the holiday to be honest , nobody wants to experience that from the minute of arriving , but more frustratingly experiencing the rudeness and misery of all the staff every single day of their holiday, so many frustrating guests. Just avoid , unless you’re only going there to sleep.

excellent location, very clean with large rooms and very big balcony, good clean pool area with snack bar at good prices, only downside was one lift with 13 floors with excellent views of beach area, very quiet around hotel and pool area even though close to bars

Fantastic place Fantastic staff great location. Josè the chap at the pool bar Fantastic man great fun. Drink at pool bar quite a good price for pool bar and food good aswell. Bar closes at 8 no evening bar . Could do with a few more sunbeds at the pool and the lift is very slow but look you can't have it all will be back.

Anyone else really struggling to get there deposit back? Went in march with a few couples they all got their deposit back before leaving. I have contacted the hotel numerous times through email and WhatsApp number provided and no response. All rooms were left in brilliant condition even put everything in the washing machine etc. Does anyone know another way of getting in contact with them. Thanks.

Appartment was spotless staff were helpful and the guy who runs the snack bar at pool was so lovely ! Nothing was a bother for him reception staff were helpful and always polite would def come back ✈️ it was my first time here and loved it!❤️

This is a very pleasant and comfortable apartment. Clean ,well equipped and helpful staff on the whole. Well situated for both old and new town. It also has charging points for mobility scooters. We ordered ours via Amigos on line. Very little noise at night. Probably around 20 British TV channels. Wi fi is excellent. Nice little pool but suspect not enough sun beds for the height of the summer. The little supermarket opposite sells 5 litres of water for 1.50. A few minor niggles. There were three of us adults staying in a two bedroom apartment. Huge balcony but only 2 chairs. I asked for another but was told no. The bathroom could do with a bit of a refurb. There is no mirror or bedside lamp in the second bedroom. Lastly there was what appeared to me to be dried blood smeared on the walls of the stairwell between the ground floor and 1st floor. It was there the whole time we were there. Bit off putting. On the whole it was a pleasant and economical stay and I would stay here again.

Great hotel apartments. Travelled with a couple of other families. Staff were pleasant. Rooms are very clean and spacious. The washing machine is a massive bonus as we only went home with travelling clothes to wash. Plenty of lovely thick fresh towels. Great location to the beach (only a couple of streets away) and a few bars and cafes/restaurants (recommend the Million Dollar bar for drinks, music and entertainment, and the Rovers Return for drinks and food) In-between the old town and new town so was perfect for us. Free WiFi with good connection. Entry to the hotel is via a key card gate and there's plenty of security cameras so we all felt very safe during our stay. There is a pool but this wasn't open as it isn't maintained during winter. Would definitely return.
