Back for my second stay here. February is a quieter month but the hotel was still bustling with a good amount of guests. Not as busy in the restaurant or bar compared to last time which was nice. Staff continue to give their all. Very friendly and efficient. Food was delicious and fresh every day. Entertainment every evening. Room is big with a bedroom and separate lounge. Large balcony and nice bathroom. 10 minute walk from the busier areas and around 20 minutes to the old town. Bonus is that it’s nice and quiet. Less than 10 minute walk to the market. Simply put, I will be back at this hotel time and again.

We stayed as a family in October 2024. Pros are, nice clean hotel with comfortable rooms pleasent and helpful staff, good service every evening not long wait times at the bar. Cons are, not possible to use the pools as the pools are not heated so absolutely freezing, my 4 year old couldn't last more than 5 mins in the kids pool it was so bad. Buffet is not good, the food was a massive let down, we went all inclusive but definitely not worth it. We wouldn't return

This hotel is supposed to be Four star it would it would be more true to be rated as a two plus star hotel. Starting with reception it took absolutely ages to check in wasn’t allocated the room we requested the rooms weren’t ready three visits to reception before getting our room partly because the rooms weren’t ready. Entertainment was absolutely terrible young children running around till gone 11 pm the entertainment started around 10 pm finished by 11 pm and was very poor. Restaurant was not bad for seating full up most of the time even thought it was out of season Selection of food first time I have experienced pigs trotters no effort to provide what the customers wanted I asked for poached eggs for breakfast and was told we don’t do them. Overall very poor quality. We shall not be returning to this hotel.

Bedrooms need updating..food as with the majority of buffet style all inclusive can be repetitive..staff very nice and want to see you have a good time though.The indian restaurant experience was nice. entertainment not that great,apart from the karaoke night !! When we asked for an early breakfast for a 7-30am pick up we were told a flat no. I wouldn't recommend the hotel to anyone and i wouldn't come back until it has had a refurb .

We have stayed here a couple of times before, quite a nice hotel overall, but this time we thought that the food choices/ quality had gone down and some areas of the hotel were starting to look a little tiered, Entertainment wise we thought were excellent and most ages catered for Maybe visit again see whether food has improved -

The whole place was dirty, cockroaches were in the dining room at breakfast, running across the floor in daylight!! The lady at the next table also saw this. This is not a 4star hotel as advertised. Suites need upgrading, everything old and tired. Staff grumpy, and unhelpful. This is the poorest hotel we have ever stayed in , in Benidorm. We would never recommend or return. Food basic. Very very poor for such an expensive hotel. Very bad experience

A superb holiday thanks to everyone at Sandos Benidorm Suites, The Hotel was fantastic, the staff were Brilliant, the food first class. The bar staff were excellent especially the two young ladies, who were very friendly and gave very good service. The entertainment was very good and the entertainment staff was very good. The girl who was the compare was absolutely fantastic. She did the games during the day and kept everyone smiling. On a night time she kept us enthralled with the games she had everyone playing as well as introducing the artists. The restaurant staff were very good. The receptionist were very helpful.

We had an amazing stay here, the staff were so kind and friendly, a huge thankyou to Marco on the bar Dennis in the dining area, to the lively curly haired Newcastle lady at the reception, I'm sorry we forgot your name but we will never forget your kindness to our family! Also to our cleaner, she was a credit to the hotel. If we are ever back in benidorm we will be sure to stay back here. We had floor 24 an the views were impressive to say the least. The kids loved it in the pool albeit abit cold they played for hours! They enjoyed the games room, the night time entertainment, the whole holiday was just amazing, helped by a great stay at the sandos benidorm suites😊 Thanks again to you all. Xx
