Sandos Benidorm Suites

Myself and my boyfriend stayed here for 4 nights, we were happy with our choice. Staff were good, no one really stood out for us apart from Matthew and jeni, they were super friendly and made an effort. I found molly rude on the reception though. All inclusive food was lovely, loads of choice and well labelled. Everything was hot. Boyfriend is a little fussy with food so he has to eat out a couple of times, I think they should do more ‘kid friendly foods’ chicken nuggets or something like that. They had chips, wedges and pizza but he didn’t like the pizzas. Breakfast also has a great selection, from all cereals, yoghurts, hot food, all the milks, pasties, fruit etc. Drinks in there were good too. I have added lots of pictures of the food and what I got so take a look :) I was very disappointed in the drinks though, the daytime outside bar was fab, the cocktails were also made there and then so were lovely. But as soon as it got To evening they were pre made and were awful, I was so sad as that’s all I liked in the day. The Pepsi, lemonade etc didn’t taste nice, sort of like soda with no syrup. all the juices were very watery so I couldn’t drink anything in the evening :( obviously we went out but I just wanted to pre drink before hand. Entertainment we found great in the evenings. Very busy. For the outside smokers or anyone that wants fresh air I wish they would put music out there. Location was good, not far from beach and *****, I do have a bad foot so it was hard doing that every day but I managed. Taxi cheap enough. Shops very close by and very cheap. Cleaners did a great job and very pleased with them. The room was great, had everything we needed and more. Even an iron and ironing board! (Room 508). Only problem was the shower floor was flooding every time we showered, maybe we had it on too long so it didn’t go down the drain quick enough, so I didn’t get maintenance just incase that was why. I just cleaned it up with towels. Room key didn’t work 1 time but maintenance came in a few minutes. That’s when I found molly rude and abrupt, like it was a problem. Balcony was huge and great view. Lifts you had to wait for a bit but no issue. Noise was fine aswell. We will definitely be back though , we will ask for a higher floor. Thanks so much for having us Sandos.

We booked a last minute 5 night stay at the Sandos Benidorm suites with Jet2, we have been on vacation all over but never been to Benidorm before, mainly as you hear horror stories, this is simply not the case. We arrived on an early flight and got to the hotel before lunch, our room wasn’t ready which wasn’t an issue: we asked for a high floor and got one after a bit of confusion around our request and got a room on the 19th floor. As the room wasn’t ready we were given somewhere we could get changed and freshen up and leave our cases securely. We were told where all the areas of the hotel were, the bar area, restaurant and pool and pool bar area. All areas of the hotel are spotless and so well looked after, the hotel has a really lovely and nice feeling about it, the decor throughout is really good too. When we were there it was Halloween and the hotel had been decorated for this too and they had really put a lot of effort into it! Food, really good. We’ve been to some places where they try and do too much and it’s reflected in the quality of the food, not here. The quality of the food is brilliant and there is plenty of choice, the snack bar by the pool is very good too and cooked to order! Entertainment, we didn’t really see much of the day time entertainment but there were activities taking place, the evening shows in the hotel are really good, live music shows were good to sit and sing along to. Room - we were on the 19th floor, there are 25 floors and lifts, they are split into 2 sides, one goes to odd floors and one to evens: it’s a really good idea to do it this was as you can imagine they can get busy: our room was brilliant. It’s spilt into 2 so you have a lounge area as well as a bedroom area: the bathroom is what you’d expect the shower is great and always plenty of hot water: the balcony is private due to the way the hotel is built and there is loads of room and the views are great too especially when the sun comes up! Cannot fault the rooms, kettle with a fridge, what more can you want! House keeping daily and did a great job! Staff, could not fault them: such a great team; from the reception staff right through to the restaurant and bar staff, all so friendly and welcoming! Local area, the hotel is so well situated, there is the hustle and bustle of the main ***** 5 minutes away but you cannot hear it from the hotel, the beach front is maybe 10 mins walk away where there are countless bars and places to eat. This was our first every time to Benidorm but will not be our last, before we’d even left we had already planned our next stay at the Sandos, if you are in 2 minds about visiting, do it, you won’t regret it!

The only positive I have is that the food was nice and the pool is good, but considering it's a 4 star all inclusive I expected higher standards in the rooms. On our last night we had to move rooms as our Aircon was broken and the room was 29°c at one point. Reception staff were rude and unhelpful, they didn't even apologize. As long as they have your money they don't care, which was very clear. The hotel needs a refurbishment, the room are not well maintained, damaged furniture and broken light fixtures, holes in the curtains and the bedding has been washed so many times they are starting to disintegrate. The plug socket in the bathroom was loose on the wall and the plastic cover came off. I wouldn't stay again as the treatment we received on our last night put a downer on the whole holiday.

We’ve stayed at this hotel three times now, and we already know we’ll be back again. Benidorm is such a special place for us—we met here and even got engaged—so it holds a lot of meaning. That’s why choosing the right hotel is so important, and Sandos is absolutely perfect. What makes it truly stand out is the staff. They always greet us so warmly, and incredibly, they even remember our engagement story. That personal touch means the world to us—it genuinely feels like coming home every time we arrive. The hotel itself is fabulous: clean, comfortable rooms, great food with plenty of choice, and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere throughout. The all-inclusive setup takes all the stress out of the holiday so you can just enjoy every moment. The entertainment is always fun, and the pool area is a great place to unwind. We’ve made some of our most cherished memories here, and every stay adds something new to the story. If you’re looking for a place that’s more than just a hotel, somewhere that truly cares, this is it. We wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else in Benidorm.

Very nice hotel, food for all inclusive was very good. The staff were very friendly especially Matthew at the bar always cheerful. The only problem was the distance from the hotel to the beach, especially on the way back as it was up hill. Otherwise would recommend

We have been a few times for the festival and always had good experiences at this hotel. Well situated within walking distance to the main ***** and not surrounded by other high rise hotels blocking out the sun. Friendly helpful staff in all areas and large pool area with ample sunbeds and room if you don't mind being away from the pool. Rooms clean and functional although there may be a shortage of wardrobe space for longer (two week visits). Food was good with enough options for most tastes. Reasonably priced though we booked early so cannot comment on later bookings. Waiting for lifts can be an issue at busy times with even number floors one side and odd the other. If able jump in the first available and walk up or down a floor to save waiting.
