I reserved four double rooms for myself and friends, the hotel was excellent, reception, housekeeping, restaurant and bar staff were welcoming, smiling and friendly. The hotel is spotlessly clean and smells lovely, the location is excellent. We all had a lovely 3 night stay and without doubt shall return.

El personal es extraordinario, la cena muy rica y variada. La piscina exterior a unos 25 grados por lo que los días con sol te puedes bañar aunque sea febrero. Es cierto que un par de graditos mas en la piscina se agradecerían. El jacuzzi aunque es de pago es muy agradable.

Just back from this fabulous hotel, one of us celebrated a birthday, they upgraded us, our room had robes, slippers, water, beer and crisps, what a lovely touch. On the day of the birthday, we came back to an ice bucket with a bottle of fizz, cakes and chocolates, Staff are amazing, helpful and very professional. Hotel is spotless, outside space well maintained, We didn't use the pool, but I understand it is heated. We were so impressed, we're going back later on in the year!

We came here for a family members birthday. The hotel is excellent. Rooms were very clean and tidy. Laundry done every day. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive. Their English was far better than my Spanish. Diego on reception was outstanding and couldn’t do enough for you. The only down side was that no ball games were aloud in the pool at all times. Even though it was very quiet most of the day. We will be back.

Everything about the hotel is classy. The reception, the restaurant, the pool area, the bar, the spa, and the rooms are amazing. We booked a Premium room on the 9th floor with a pool view. Met with a handwritten note welcoming us, a couple of bottles of Mahoui in an ice bucket, a couple of dressing gowns and an immaculately clean room with a jacuzzi bath. Every member of the team was so friendly and welcoming. We would not stay anywhere else. Thank you Helios Benidorm for an amazing stay.

I really liked this hotel- I've never met such friendly and attentive staff. We needed to move rooms and they were so accommodating with our request. The pool was lovely and warm, great location. Our only issue was that there are no tea/ coffee making facilities in the room and no kettles available at reception as they were all out or broken. It's disappointing for there to be no kettles as standard in the rooms and unfortunately a deal breaker for us. We were only there for a few nights else we would have bought one. Please sort this out Helios so we can come again!

Having just returned from another stay at the Helios Hotel Benidorm, this Hotel is simply the best. All the staff go that one step further to help you, they are exceptional. The restaurant is excellent, the choice of food is superb, and again the staff are exceptional. The rooms are excellent, and the best pillows. The pool area is a perfect suntrap for those who wish to sit in the sunshine. They even have a bicycle room which was superb. Spotlessly clean at all times, the location of the Hotel is spot on. I and my party cannot fault this Hotel in any shape or form, and we will for sure be back again next year. Thank you Helios Hotel for looking after us yet again.
