Hotel Bcl Levante Club & Spa 4 Sup - Only Adults Recomended

Stayed end of August with my mum and my sister for a few nights. First impressions the hotel is impressive, one of the nicest looking in the area. Location is good, close enough to the beach and ***** without being on top of it. The grounds and the pools are very nice - however pools are not heated! So even in Aug it was hard to get in! The buffet restaurant is what you’d expect. Breakfast was good, especially the fresh bacon! Evening meals were a bit repetitive and food was lukewarm. Buffet staff were a mixed bunch. Some happy and friendly… others really don’t want to be there. Bar staff at pool bar were always friendly. Be warned if you’re not on all inclusive the drinks at the bar are expensive. Around €24 for two vodka and cokes. If you manage to get a cheap deal… give it a go!

Jean makes the best cocktails ever! He is so lovely and welcoming to the hotel. We have come to benidorm multiple times now but haven’t stayed here yet, it’s so lovely here and every one is so helpful.

Hotel was great until yesterday- yellow water in the shower, bath and sink. Tried to ring reception no answer- went down thinking it might be busy as it might be the whole hotel effected and nope- they knew nothing of it. First reported at 4:30pm and the man at reception said someone would be up soon. Came to 5:45 and still nothing so couldn’t shower so went back down again after no one was picking up- she took my details and guaranteed me it would be fixed the same day and was told to go and shower downstairs in the spa shower. Went out for food came back to the room for 8pm and still the same- no one had been to the room either. I went back down again to reception to ask and on what was happening and was then told by the 3rd different person spoke to they had no record on the system I even had an issue. He told me it wouldn’t have been yellow water- if I didn’t have a saved photo to show him he wouldn’t have believed me. He then told me again someone would be on it immediately. I also had to inform him as I was told to keep the tap running the sink was also now not draining and he said someone would be up in an hour to get it all sorted. Waited another hour and nothing so went down again and he said he just spoke to them and there on there way- at which point I went out for the evening. Came in a few hours later and the water was now fixed but the sink was still blocked- so no one had been to the room. Went down again this morning to report the same problem and again told no record of anything on the system but someone would be up soon- I had to tell him my room number as he didn’t even ask. Shocking customer service when we have a whole family here and the hotel was recommended- not somewhere I would choose to come back to- think I had one apology from 5 interactions over the space of nearly 24 hours and the issue still isn’t fixed or anyone been to the room to even look.

Wasn't the Best as a 4☆. Bathroom was out dated. Had a low Bath. Toilet & B.day behind a frost glass panel. Shower Cubicle with a Shower head you couldn't remove. The Cubicle leak on to Bathroom Floor. Sink was dirty before we arrived, didn't get cleaned at all through the week was there. Neither did the Floors in The bedroom, Bathroom get dusted or mopped all week as bits where there all week . Main room had tea or coffee stains on the tiles by the floor. Shower Cubicle was moldy at the top. Shower cubicles tiles are ready to fall off. Toilets downstairs passed Reception are Outdated. Broken toilet seat. And dirty. More a 3☆ not 4 ☆ star.

3rd visit, as previously still absolutely fantastic. Jonny, Joan and Sylvia your amazing all of the staff were brilliant and so helpful, rooms spotless, food varied and plentiful, loads of sunbeds, great pool.....this place as an adults only is simply wonderful...will be back again next year! Totally recommended
