Primavera Loix

Stayed in Primavera Loix with my family for a 5 day break and it was fantastic!! We were so pleasantly surprised!! The hotel/apartments are immaculate - the lobby, pool area, restaurant area, pool table area, toilet and shower facilities were so clean throughout our whole stay. The staff are all amazing, so friendly and welcoming and super attentive. We had two apartments and both were huge, all your self catering facilities available, hairdryer in the bathroom, safe in the wardrobe, you had ice cold air con as well as a fan, the fridge in the kitchen was freezing too so was perfect in the hot weather. Towels were provided and could be changed daily upon request as well as cleaning. The pool area was lovely, music played but a considerate level, and the sun reaches the pool all day (there is parasols for those who want some shade). The hotel is a short walk to the main ***** and the beach. About 20 min walk to old town, plenty of shops, chemists and restaurants in the area beside hotel. There is also a market on every Wednesday and Sunday beside the hotel and it’s fab!! Literally next door to the hotel! I cannot fault this hotel at all!! I was so so happy with my stay that I have booked to return again in two weeks! So looking forward to it! Thanks ☺️

Ah them beds. So so uncomfortable. I’ve come home now with a bad back and sore neck. The mattresses are so thin and you can feel every lump and bump in them. Everything else was great. Staff are lovely, the place is spotless. Location is fabulous. It is a bit noisy at night with other guests but we expected that with staying in Benidorm. I’d come back in a heart beat if the mattresses get changed. But until then I will be staying elsewhere.

I stayed here for 4 nights with my children and grandchildren, the staff are a credit to you, they were all so kind, helpful and polite, the room was clean and a good size, the balcony is very big, and the pool side food is lovely. The bar staff made us very welcome and one in particular, he put the everton game on for my son, this made my sons holiday as he doesnt really like the sun, thank you, keep doing what you are doing what you are doing

A little five day trip away for a good friends 40th, couldn’t fault a thing, great location, quiet and 5 mins walk to the beach front, the apartments were modern and clean with everything you need, the whole area was spotless and well maintained, reasonably priced drinks and great service , this is a vibe hotel but we didn’t notice anything different to other hotels , I would rate this higher than 2 * for sure and would definitely stay here again .

Fab hotel, friendly staff and very clean! Awesome location, probably about a 3 minute walk to the *****, no problem with noise either, we stayed on the 14 th floor, no problems with the lifts, had a nice big balcony and the room was nice, clean and spacious. We stayed for 4 nights and we would definitely stay again, already looking for next year. Pool area was lovely, enough beds and pool was nice and clean and close to the bar area too!! Drinks are reasonably priced too, we had an early flight so got there before we could check in, so got changed in the shower room and left our luggage in the secure luggage room with no issues whatsoever!! When leaving we were given clean towels to use in the complimentary shower room, we did have to pay a deposit but it wasn’t even taken out of my account with no issues at all

Just got back from a weekend here as a group of 12. We had the best time and the hotel was in a great location, was clean and had everything we need. The room deposits were back in our bank before our flight! Overall a great experience.
