Hotel & Spa Dynastic

So if you think you going to a 4 star hotel then think again. Now I know hotels in mainland Europe are not as good rating as the Uk but this hotel wouldn’t even stand up against a premier inn. When you walk in through the front doors it just has this cheap feel about it there is a couple of square flat chairs something you would find out of Ikea for a kids bedroom. The lift system is a bit confusing as you must use your room key to enter the lift and sometimes this lift system has a mind of its own and won’t let you choose a floor you want to go to. The Restaurant food is what you would expect from an all inclusive but I found their selection here very basic and not a lot of choice. Breakfast is by far the best meal they serve. The bedroom although quite basic was fine and our balcony looked over another hotels pool and land which made it feel better lol The bed was a hard mattress although I don’t mind that and the room had a safe €3 per day and €10 deposit and a large enough fridge and a large TV on the wall with a few UK channels BBC ITV. The room was clean and has air con & heating for colder winter nights like we had. The pool was closed for refurbishment but it seems very very small for the size of this hotel and the area around the pool is cramped. The entertainment….. well one stayed for one night and that was enough there is enough bar and restaurants with good entertainment all over Benidorm so don’t waist your time. The hotel just doesn’t feel inviting or homely or warm and I get the feeling they make it this way so you don’t stay there all day and eat and drink. This hotel was probably the least amount of all inclusive I have ever used on any hotel across Europe. Now this is just my own opinion and if you want a hotel just to put your head down at night and go out and around Benidorm then fine it will suit you. Basically if you get this on a cheap and cheerful then go ahead and book but I really wouldn’t want to stay here in the summer months as it’s way too small. I would give this hotel a 5/10

Alba and Laura are a brilliant animation team, they were amazing the whole trip. The food was really good and the spa was ideal for at it was spacious. The hotel was in a perfect location not too far from all the destinations. I would 100% recommend to friends

We decided that we would book full board. I have to say the food is amazing nothing is to much trouble for the restaurant staff. Our room was spotless cleaned every day. The bed was so comfortable. On the down side although the hotel has a lovely indoor pool it costs 15euros a day. But that does include the spa which was lovely too.
