I felt I needed to write a review after my recent stay. I was quite nervous about staying at this hotel due to the negative reviews (I’m a little bit of a snob with hotels) but my friends had booked it so I went along with it. I’m glad I didn’t cancel! Firstly, the hotel is spotless! I stayed in the cheapest room and it had everything I needed for my stay. The beds were really comfortable, large room, clean, fridge, TV etc. I’ve seen some reviews stating that the staff don’t like English, this is not true! We were a rowdy group of 10 and the staff could not have been any friendlier!!! Nothing was too much trouble for them! The pool area was nice and clean, little outdoor bar with nice cocktails. Not a massive pool but was sound as we didn’t spend much time there. If you’re in Benidorm and need a base to stay this hotel is great!

Me and my husband stayed at the Dynastic hotel for our wedding anniversary. The reception ladies were so friendly and informative and we were given our room straight away even though check in was at 4pm and we had arrived at 10am. The room was clean, modern bathroom, incredibly comfortable beds and pillows, we had a balcony facing the pools. They could update the bedding and curtains but as I said it was fresh and clean. We chose all inclusive dinning. And here’s the other surprise for a 3 star hotel the food was 5 star! The choice is amazing and plentiful. Lots of tapas, local cheeses, fresh peel yourself prawns and mussels and the meats were tender. We’re not much drinkers but the cocktails were good. The staff in the dinning area were attentive and friendly.

1st time staying all inclusive so didn't know what to expect,but what a great time was had ,the food was delicious plenty of variety ,the drinks where plentiful and the stuff you had to pay for wasn't that dear either will be back next year 😀 🥂🥂🥂🍺🍺🍺

Lovely hotel, well located clean and tidy. Food was excellent, stayed all inclusive, there was never anything I didn't like. The pool was chilly, but it was at the end of March, so can't expect too much. Drinks on the all inclusive were all good quality, not the "local" stuff often palmed off with. I'd be happy to recommend this hotel.

2nd time here at the Dynastic and I have to say well done. Check in was smooth and quick even at 2am. Room lovely and clean with good amenities. Asked for extra pillows and a kettle which was swiftly delivered. Food was excellent at all meal times except snack time. Snacks were at best a bit bland but with a good selection of salad. Drinks are what you get at nearly all hotels in Benidorm on an all-inclusive board. Pool area kept nice and clean and think this is due to the token system for plastic cups. Will definitely come here again.

Love the Dynastic and have been there five times, we received a complimentry bottle of champagne to commemorate this. Only wish they would sort out the toilets by the downstairs bar, the door locks are all broken (in male and female) and have been for six years that I know of, I have mentioned this in previous reviews but nothing has changed. Also some English music by the pool would be nice. Will still come again but PLEASE sort those toilets.

Seen some bad reviews but what can we say the Hotel was great stayed Monday till Friday reception staff friendly and helpful, bar staff good restaurant staff excellent work hard, rooms are standard but clean., maid was in every day so all good. Entertainment was ok but it is out season was a bit quiet inside bar area, pool area was big lots of sunbeds clean pool but cold but not summer yet. We went All Inclusive , Breakfast was excellent full English, continental and more, lunch and Dinner tho basic lots of choice its not 5 star but your not paying for 5 star!!!. Overall we would comeback to the Dynastic Thank You to the Dynastic staff. ps Amstel is the draught beer.

We came to Benidorm in the end of April beginning of May, check in was easy and staff were absolutely lovely and helpful. Throughout our stay we found the rooms were cosy, spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable, we had a mini fridge in the cupboard with worked a treat. Air con was a saviour, The rooms get cleaned everyday. Restaurant staff were helpful and brilliant customer service, bar staff also amazing. Food was absolutely delicious and different themes everyday. The pool area is great with a splash pool aswell as a swimming pool, The hotel is located in a prime area - 2 shops next door and 10 minutes walk to lavante beach. The hotel provided variety of activities throughout the day, there is 2 pool tables and air hockey located outside the restaurant and a snooker table located on the reception floor. It was my very first time in Benidorm and the hotel was overall amazing. Thank you to all Dynastic staff for everything you did for us all. 🎂🎉 Happy 20th birthday Dynastic Hotel 🎂🎉
