Loved hotel , clean towels daily, restaurant food was really good and spotless , staff was lovely, handy for shops and bars , near the indoor market , just a short walk to beach front , entertainment was quite poor but didn’t bother me so much as you can venture out to bars, I’d definitely use this hotel again

Está muy bien para relajarse el hotel el trato muy bueno las habitaciones amplias y el bufete también muy bueno todo muy limpio las intervenciones está bien no sé qué más de cir está todos como me esperaba ahora falta el spa ya os cuento cómo a ido la experiencia

We’ve stayed at the dynastic before , so didn’t hesitate to book up again . Excellent value for money the price you pay . Fabulous location . Staff are great 👍. Food is typical Spanish all inclusive something for everyone in my opinion. I am quite fussy . Breakfast was good 😊 Enjoyed many bloody Mary’s 😎

We normally stay at Dynastic three times a year and always enjoy our stay.Presently here and as usual staff in all areas including lovely staff at reception extremely efficient,polite and helpful at all times.Wide range of food available at mealtimes and delicious.Travelled in many countries but this is my home from home.Cant understand how anybody could find fault.Will be back again in October and December.Thank you Dynastic staff.

Arrived at this hotel at 11.00 with a disabled person and was made to wait until 4.00 for check in !! When in the room had to ring down to reception !! ***** hairs on the bathroom floor & in the bath !! Fridge was filthy and stunk of curry !! Outside pool was freezing and indoor pool was free for one session then 18euros each every day !! 3 euros for a towel & had to wear a cap !! Don’t no how much they were !! Safe 25euros (10 back at end ) extra pillow or blanket extra charge !!! Meals were timid or Luke warm every meal !! Old fashion plastic covers that were let off most of the time !! Evening meal was at 7.30 !! Late for young children !! Food not friendly for kids unless they like chips every meal !! Drinks were cheap local spirits !! Entertainment was awful !! Not much on for children !!very small room for children’s club !!Downstairs ladies toilet had holes in roof and electric fittings hanging down !! Both toilets hand dryer not working & no paper towels !! If you leave before 8.00 in the morning there is no breakfast for you or packed lunch !! Could go on for ever with this place !! Have been coming to Benidorm for forty years !! Have been to 20+ hotels and never one as bad as this !! Look else where if you want a good holiday !!!

A girly holiday at dynastic hotel. Great staff and animation team made my holiday. Such funny entertainment I didn't want to miss a night The food was lovely and something for everyone. The spa is a must, the jacuzzi is so big with multiple jets.

great customer service, every department was very friendly all the colleagues are great, very clean maybe a little dated, very handy to everywhere, the entertainment team were very good ,bar / restaurant staff very good, cleaners were great
