I first stayed here when it was marconfort essence and it was 1 of the best hotels iv ever stopped at in every aspect I have been back twice since been taken over it's not as good but it's by no means as bad as some are saying the only issue I had was food was not as good as it used to be but the rooms cleaning staff the restaurant staff and bar staff the receptionist were all good and even though the food was not as good I never went hungry some of the bad reviews are just petty towel too thin no they were not only 1 bottle of water in room well it's only 1 euro for a big 5 litre across the road and 1 was complaining about tea and coffee facility's well there was plenty on the table at the side of the bar if you want some don't let the bad reviews put you off but if your a fussy eater go somewhere else

This place is amazing the rooms are big and very clean we stayed on 1st floor not the best view room 104 the pool area is lovely the food is beautiful never had a bad meal my only bad point is it's quite a walk to the main bit a but taxi is cheap enough all the staff are very friendly would return

As a first time solo traveller I have never felt so uncomfortable and threatened in an environment after being there for less than an hour I was approached by a lady during lunch . It turned out that the lady who approached me was in a large party of swingers . I made the hotel aware of it and the reception staff just laughed in my face and told me to enjoy my holiday and keep away from them . I am no prude and if this is your thing then fine but don’t try and involve others in it . Will never stay here again is I felt threatened and intimidated.

What a lovely place to stay. Staff are all so lovely, friendly and helpful. Rooms kept immaculate, clean towels every day. Beach towels provided Good food and plenty of choice. The hotel is in the perfect location ideal for beach, nights out.

Lovely clean hotel, big rooms, cleaned every day. Drinks at the bar really good and good choice of cocktails, food spot on could not fault just some nights a mix match of things. Tony, Laura and georgie al lovely staff. 100% recommend it’s a hidden gem

Absolutely stunning rooms fantastic hotel would definitely stay again. The staff are all excellent especially Tony he works the bar,in restaurant and he will help you in anyway can’t do enough for ya. Really clean and spacious hotel 😃😃😃

Amazing staff always welcoming and smiling family friendly food was amazing always fresh the only thing I would say is the pool was freezing 🥶 definitely will be back and the cocktail bar is amazing keep up with your hard work will see you again soon
