My 7th time at this hotel, still a nice hotel to visit but cut backs on services are starting to tell. The restaurant no longer has Rose wine on offer and the premium drinks that are free on the AI service are never offered, you have to ask and then they are reluctantly served , sometimes with a look that could kill. The most annoying part for me was the removal of the full bar service at the main pool bar on 8th October, I never seen this happen so early on previous visits and hope it will be reversed in the future. It was very inconvenient to a lot of people unless you just wanted beer or soft drinks on self service. The food in the hotel is still very good and rooms are spacious and kept clean. I plan to return agay on October 25 and hopefully the issues around the service at the pool bar will be resolved, if not I will probably not return again

Lovely hotel, everything was great from the smart rooms to the lovely food, choice of 2 different soups at lunch and dinner, good choice of mains, all tasty. There is a microwave if needed and nice deserts, including sponge and custard. As others have stated the sausages and bacon do not look too appetising at breakfast but tons of other choice, so no big issue, not for us anyway, seems to be for some people. Some good entertainment on an evening and some not so good, Pablo Bloom is hilarious and is the stand out act we have seen up to now, we have 3 days left. Alcohol drinks are amazingly strong so be careful as hangovers are a regular occurance here. Nice bit of winter sun before Xmas.would deffo return.

The hotel is clean, brightly decorated and in good repair. The outside of the hotel is in good repair and the exterior gardens are well maintained. The staff are welcoming and well organised. The rooms are clean, spacious and well decorated. The rooms are cleaned each day. All room face South towards the beach and have a spacious balcony. The bar serves good wuality alcohol and mixers. Snacks are available upon request. The food is not upto it usual standard. There is a choice of hot and cold dishes. The quality of the cooked items can on occasions be poor. Boiled vegetables are extremely well done. On one occasion, sprouts were cooked but there wasn't a suitable meat dish to put with them. The sausage and bacon at breakfast were very unappetising. In conclusion, the hotel and its facilities are excellent, however the food does not reach the same consistent high standards as the rest of the hotel.

Great hotel as always great staff,great food, great location ,lots of free street parking if you have a car 10 mins walk for to prom all inclusive is great ,proper scotch whiskey vat69or j and b ,gardans bin ect good vodka I am told I recommend this hotel.😀

El hotel está muy bien, las habitaciones son grandes y están muy limpias, la comida bastante buena y variada pero lo mejor del hotel son los CAMAREROS, tanto los del bar como los del salón, siempre con una sonrisa, super amables y muy serviciales, lo peor del hotel es la ubicación, muy lejos del centro y de la playa, tambien eche de menos la animación diurna, pero en terminos generales, una experiencia muy buena, lo hemos pasado muy bien

Stayed here with 5 ladies and we all loved it.....great hotel with brilliant staff. Very stylish decor and a fabulous Skybar affording great views across the city The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, food was plentiful and the all inclusive drinks were premier brands. Entertainment was varied and fun. Rooms very comfortable with all amenities and good sized balcony. There are 3 pools within the resort with outside bar Would certainly return

Lovely hotel. Clean and views from room was amazing. Staff lovely - all of them, Tony and Georgieta obvs are the standard out 2 but naomi was also great tbf no staff were horrible. The cleaning staff also do a fabulous job which go unseen as they work tirelessly whilst we slept / were out. Smiley welcoming and always willing to help where they could. Location wise was lovely - 15mins walk from main *****, great supermarket less than 5 mins away and cheap too! Overall a lovely hotel in a quiet area of benidorm the sun did go into hiding from 3ish but were on the balconies until about 4 (november)
