Luxmar Apartaments

This was our second stay at the Luxmar and I must say it has gone down hill. As you walk into the reception this is lovely also the bar and dining area are lovely too, but… upstairs is a different matter, there was rust around the plug hole in the bath, rusty radiators, rust around the fridge. The mattress slopped on one side it felt like I was sleeping on the side of a mountain and the pillows were awful to sleep on.

In all honesty i think the reviews on this apartment are way too harsh. Me and my partner stayed for a week and it was honestly amazing! I think you get what you paid for if anything you should be paying more, the rooms were clean and big and the balcony was massive - bigger than half of the 4 star hotels around the area. The pool was clean, deep and well kept and everything is in walking distance from the apartment. My honest opinion is half of the negative reviews are people expecting to pay very cheap and get a 5 star resort experience! Lastly, the staff were very friendly and nice - you do have to pay a €50 deposit on arrival however it wasn’t a hassle to get back as other people have said. All in all, a very pleasant experience and i would return to stay here again in the future :)

so i not happy with the hotel reception was rude as i had ants and didn't do nothing about it so i said like to get half money back nothing and saying stuff aboht my family and she was going to chuck me out beaicse i wanted half money back as it was really bad so i not happy with the stuff and people and i can't be ass to argue so i am glad to go home today and chill. hahah.cant find the video off them i would never come back here anymore again but the room was ok.

Avoid at all cost. On check in on the 15th July the women was so rude not welcoming at all. She then said no noise after 10pm. Which is a joke when there is kids that just walk in and use the pool and drinking playing music till 5am in the morning. We couldn’t get any toilet roll no clean towels. There is no air conditioning it’s roasting hot asked for a fan they said they don’t have any. Rooms are very dirty beds are rock solid. The pool isn’t fit for animals to use it’s rotting dirty.

PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS PLACE , IT IS OUTDATED , THE STAFF ARE HORRIBLE AND RUDE , BUT THE WORST OF IT IS EITHER THE STAFF OR SOMEONE THAT HAS ACCESS TO KEYS WILL LET THEMSELVES INTO YOUR ROOM WHEN YOU GO OUT AND TAKE MONEY AND PERSONAL BELONGINGS. I LOST £200 AND MY MATE LOST £120 AND THAT IS JUST FROM OUR ROOM , THE LADS NEXT DOOR LOST MORE. THEY CONVENIENTLY DONT HAVE CCTV OUTSIDE THE ROOMS AND WHEN YOU GO TO THE LOCAL POLICE THEY ARENT INTERESTED . PLEASE FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO STAY. I DID THIS IN BLOCK CAPITALS SO IT GETS NOTICED.
