Gemelos 20 - Beninter All Inclusive

My daughter is currently staying at this place with a friend and when they go out they have someone enter there room and stole money clothes and expensive trainers the hotel are not interested in sorting anything out for them just saying what can we do if anyone is planning on staying here please forget it hotel staff must be doing it shocking

I Would not stay here again booked with beninter office should of stayed at gemelos 2 but got put here instead not great at all bad beds not very clean sofa got absolutely bitten to death. Legs full of bites took the deposit out of the the account waited a week for its return and left out of pocket by £11.5 pence after it was changed over to euro from pounds and then back to sterling the deposit should not be touched it's only held if anything got damaged but was converted on first day of stay beware of this if you intend to stay here bad experience trying to get the full amount back which I didn't left me feeling upset has the apartment was left the way it was found but I ended up out of pocket

We have been visiting the Gemalos apartments for quite a while now. The staff at Beninter are always accommodating and friendly. Nothing is too much for them. The apartments are wonderfully situated and everything is easy to get to. We usually stay in Gemalos 2 but were recently upgraded to Gemalos 20. The apartments are well kept and very clean. We love it as we can be near the hustle and bustle or we can visit our quiet local. Not too far from the old town. The beach would be a 10 min walk. Very highly recommended and prices are excellent.

Overall very poor other residents very rude I tried to move a chair to sit on & a gentleman whom was described as the president by another rude resident after asking whom this individual was I can only assume that he was the president of the residence association but wow no manners what so ever I told him I didn’t speak Spanish but he & another resident continued to yell at me in Spanish I know I was in Spain but what’s the point in yelling at me when I didn’t understand what they was yelling about later it became apparent that they both spoke English but chose not too. The other thing was the way you have to pick the keys up I knew this but didn’t realise it would take so long when you have left the rest of the party on the street with the suitcases because you can’t even gain entry to the lobby area not the best experience & especially by the time I got to the property management company Fincas Benidorm fill out what seemed like an endless paper trail got the keys then got back almost 2 hours had elapse so not the best way to do things really especially when I had to try & work something out with them because on the last day rather than leave the key they wanted me too walk all the way back down or get a taxi there & back on the last day because they wanted me to drop the keys back in I said this isn’t expectable our transfer back to the airport was picking us up outside the apartment the reply was you more than welcome to go down to the office early Drop the keys & leave our suitcases & get the taxi to pick us up from there I said you kidding me in the end I ended up paying a extra €40 to keep the apartment for a extra couple of hours & they agreed a could leave the key in the apartment. So overall not a great experience. The apartment itself looked better on the photos it was very dated & tired the shower definitely needed a shower cubicle the shower curtain was pointless continuously flooding every time it was used the best thing about the apartment was the balcony was very nice & spacious.
