Severity deposit €150 kept for a key that was definitely left in the apartment! Had two keys given and both used one each to get in the night before so the key was in the apartment, the cleaner says not so they say they had to change the locks, there were no address or distinguishing marks on the key so could have just replaced to the key!

Well ,a great location but things not so good this time. The lift to floor 9 and ALL the odd numbers floors was NOT working for the whole week. I did report it several times at the Hotel Perla where you pick the keys up from. The girls were very helpful but had NO control over the Niza building maintenance team. Our pick up on our last day was at 17:40 so I enquired if we could still use the apartment if it was not booked out ( it wasn't). However they were asking 120 euro for that day. Considering that the lift wasn't working I thought this was a little unfair as we had use of the room until 10am anyway. Never mind but we declined the offer. Still a Fantastic location to stay .....
