"It's so overpriced. Imagine Bellevue, a place with lots of space and absolutely no NPCs walking around on the street. Why does it charge $28 USD just for overnight parking? Other comments: * Bath towels are placed under the bathroom sink... quite unintuitive IMO * 500mL bottled water costs $2 USD in the room * No safety feature around the stairs and elevators. Anyone could just access any floor without swiping the room card. Someone just tried to turn our door handle for about 5 minutes 1AM at night. Not sure who that person is but I had to make some noice and activate the top-lock to disengage that stranger. Maybe some plus: * Free wifi * Fancy building"

"I checked into this hotel a few days ago during the shivering season in Seattle. After parking the car, I had to go around to the lobby in the rain. There is an extra fee for daily parking and there is no breakfast. The restaurant staff are not very enthusiastic and the disinfectant water in the swimming pool smells so strong that I don’t want to set foot in it..."

"The front desk and lobby staff were not familiar with their own system. The order was fully prepaid and there were no problems when checking in. However, due to their own system errors, they asked for an extra fee of hundreds of dollars for no reason when checking out. I submitted the order number for them to check themselves, but was rejected. The reason given was "English version is needed". The order number and confirmation number are both numbers. When will it be affected by Chinese or English? After negotiations failed, the lobby manager began to insult the guests. He started to grab the phone when he couldn't get enough of the insults. I suspect that the hotel staff showed signs of racial discrimination."

"No one cleans the rooms in this hotel, it's basically not a hotel, the curtains don't block out the light, the air conditioner is extremely loud, and the location makes it really noisy. If it weren't for the convenience of parking, I'd really just forget it."

"On the positive side, the front desk service was excellent, but there was no housekeeping service. The worst part was the hotel's incredibly diverse clientele. The night before check-out, police outside the hotel were using a microphone to continuously call for arrests for hours, making it impossible to sleep. It's now past midnight and the standoff continues. Hearing the criminals in the rooms not far from me was truly terrifying; I was worried about whether I could catch my flight tomorrow and about my personal safety."

The property is also within walking distance from great food and shopping and a quick 15 minutes from downtown Seattle.
