Отель великолепный! Практически все было идеально: просторная территория, очень вкусные завтраки и ресторан с шикарным видом на озеро, зона спа и спортзал, лаундри, даже библиотека есть. Прекрасное расположение. Единственное, что было лично для нас не очень комфортным - жесткие матрасы (номер стандарт), но пообщавшись с персоналом они рассказали, что э идет обновление номеров на более новые и этот вопрос тоже решится.

I visited the Hotel Belvedere with my mother at the beginning of October 2025. It was a magical experience. The staff became friendly faces I saw everyday who catered to and followed up with our every need. The property was so beautiful. The breakfast buffet was out of this world and it all overlooked lake como with breathtaking views. The shuttle into town was so helpful to my mom when she couldn’t walk. I had a lovely massage as well! I can’t say enough about the concierge desk and all the people who helped us arrange transport and reservations . This is a must stay place when in Bellagio. The rooms and bathrooms are modern, renovated and beautiful and overlook the water. Only 5-10 min walk into town if you don’t take the shuttle. We are so grateful to have found this hotel!!!

A rating of Excellent just doesn't adequately describe our stay at the Hotel Belvedere. We've been fortunate enough to stay in several very nice hotels around the world, but nothing compares to the Hotel Belvedere in Bellagio! The entire resort is quite amazing...everything is updated, the spa is quite incredible (complimentary steam room, sauna, ice room, Himalayan salt room, and more, with many other priced spa services), the rooms are beautiful and spacious, the view of Lake Como is second to none, and the complimentary breakfast is out of this world - fresh everything!...and all within a short walk to downtown Bellagio for great food and shopping. But what really makes Hotel Belvedere unique and awesome is the staff...never have I experienced a group of genuine, friendly, helpful, and generous professionals like those of Hotel Belvedere. Apparently mentioning specific people is frowned upon in a review, so to the restaurant and pool servers, the bartenders, front desk, and concierge teams, you are wonderful and YOU made our stay a treasure to remember! I could go on raving about the Hotel Belvedere, but I think you get the point...the absolute BEST hotel ever, and we will always treasure the memories of our nine-day visit with you! See you again soon.

Hotel Belvedere was pure luxury. We splurge for the larger room with lake view and it was worth every penny. We spent lots of time on the balcony in the morning and after a night out. Room was very large and clean. Bathroom very large. They provide robes and slippers and good toiletries. Breakfast was delicious. Great location and short walk to town. All staff were very nice we did 3 nights in Bellagio then 3 nights in Lugano and 2 nights in Milan. We did day trip via ferry to Verenna too. I highly recommend this hotel! Get the room with the water views!

This hotel was everything we wanted and more for our week in Lake Como. The staff are all attentive and friendly, really focusing on attention to detail such as non-alcoholic wine in our room (I am pregnant) and laying out towels for everyone when choosing a sun-bed. The team also organised a boat hire for us one day. We had a Superior Garden room which i highly recommend. The room is large with a small walk in wardrobe, double sinks and sofa. The best feature is the private terrace just outside with a double sun-bed overlooking the lake. Breakfast was delicious with lots of quality options and you are served straight away with coffee. The spa is very serene and we spent every day in the pool which is an ideal size. One of the best hotels we have stayed at and we would definitely look to return.

I have had the most wonderful stay here. The staff are so welcoming and professional, and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The views and gardens are outstanding. Truly beautiful. It is hard to describe. The smells of jasmine and roses.. My room was perfect, neat as a pin, classical, with a view of the lake and a small balcony. The town is 5 minutes away on foot and returning to the hotel is like taking a long deep breath. Lovely! This is a classical Italian hotel with history that is family run, and with that comes a certain grace and modesty. If you are looking for pretension and overt grandeur, this is not for you. If you are seeking beauty, peace, and understated elegance, with breathtaking views then I highly, highly recommend. The best place I have stayed in years and years. Perfetto.
