Great place! My only issue is they do not have irons or steamers available so you mst send your things out for pressure 25 Euros per shirt to look neat. ( 72 hour lead time) Excessive!

Recommended for service, location to Bellagio ( literally steps away) , beauty and food. All applied to our first visit. Note, first visit! Lake view room was large and accommodating for the two of us. Overlooked carport, pool, lake. Stunning views and while maybe lucky on noise level, see if they have lake views off to the side. We did not eat in Michelin restaurant but twice in more casual restaurant on lower level. Pastas were phenomenal. Better than all was I had to fly 4,000 miles to find a Ukrainian bar tender in the comfy bar area that knew how to properly make a Sazerac cocktail. PERFECTO! Well done young man. The breakfast food and staff were incredible. What a morning breakfast and enough that we skipped lunch! Staff is plentiful and VERY HELPFUL. In particular, the concierge desk is the best I have encountered in my 6* years of traveling. Ahead of the trip and during they are on top of EVERY detail! Really impressed with this group. All you need when you visit Bellagio. Top shelf.

But the reason this hotel is number one on our list in every category is the people who elevate your experience day in and day out. Over the two weeks our family stayed at the Grand Hotel Villa, the high standard set and met by the dedicated and hard working staff was prevalent each and every day. From the concierge, to the waiters, to the pool staff, to the cleaners, the kindness and commitment of this staff team to create a comfortable and welcoming environment made our experience a 10/10. We became especially close with and Annabel, Giuseppe, Samuele, Anna, Emilio, and Oumo, whose hospitality and service made our days on the lake unforgettable. Whether it’s food, facilities, or people, this hotel gets all high marks. Thank you to the Grand Hotel Villa Serbelloni staff for the lifelong memories.

Perfection on the lake. Loved our 3rd floor room with a balcony, it was a smaller room but renovated. Swimming in the lake & lounging alongside it was amazing. The gin & tonic experience is so cool, even if you think you don't like gin. We rented a Venetian boat with a local guide (Matteo) for 90 mins through the hotel & it was a great way to see the area. This hotel was the most incredible experience ever! With old world Italian luxury and the attention to detail its staff delivers, it’s truly a 5 star hotel. By far, Allessando and his bar staff made every cocktail hour a magical experience. If I were born a Princess, Villa Serbelloni would have been my home.

Elegance, sophistication and historical charm, this is the Grand Hotel Villa Serbelloni. Our favorite pastime when on holiday in Bellagio is to enjoy a lovely crafted cocktail or glass of wine while listening to the musicians perform in the grand ballroom. The staff is exceptionally attentive and no visit would be complete without being served a late night dinner in the bar room by the exceptional Alessandro. He is the very best, listening to your every word while never missing a detail to make sure your dining experience is perfect. A special bonus is his knowledge of the history of Villa Serbelloni! Highly recommend this experience!

We did not stay at the hotel, but visited the bar, and glad we did. It is a true craft cocktail bar, with a wonderful, attentive staff and drinks that look great, smell great, and best of all taste great. And, they will make whatever you want as long as they have the ingredients. They also bring out a tray of perfumes to choose from to scent your drink and a tray of small appetizers. Absolute perfection.

This might have been the best experience I’ve ever had at a bar. Went for drinks at the hotel while visiting Bellagio with my wife and some good friends. The hotel bar (“Verri’s”) has a warm atmosphere, with dark, rich colors and a stunningly lit bar. Fantastic service from waiters in white jackets who knew their mixology. An impressive drinks menu, and we learned they make their own syrups etc. Instead of the typical bar snacks of peanuts, they brought over tiny cracker sandwiches with steak tartare. All the classic drinks available, plus some house specialties. We enjoyed it so much we decided to stay for dinner. Our waiter, Alessandro, was a total pro, informed, friendly & attentive. Live piano music drifting in from the lobby helped set the tone. Loved it!
