I booked the hotel for a couple of weeks, based on the largest room area - 35 square meters, plus an excellent location, near the pedestrian street of Prince Mikhail. It is generally easy to find the hotel, but the reception is on the fifth floor, the rooms are on the second. The Internet is excellent, there is a lot of space, the view from the windows is excellent. What was disappointing was the attitude of the staff in the end.
A week later, we wanted to move to another place, I asked at the reception to cancel the remaining time of stay with a partial refund, the answer was immediately - no. They did not give any clear explanations, like, no and that's it. Trip support also did not help in any way, the facility violated all the deadlines for considering the cancellation request, ultimately refusing. In the end, we took our things to another place, leaving a sign "do not disturb". The other day, they left one card from the entrance and a package of sweets inside.
On the day of check-out I go into the room - it is completely cleaned, there is no card inside, no package of candies left behind :D It is unclear who removed them with the sign on the door "do not disturb", but I see this only as petty theft, so I still recommend leaving things in the safe here.
