Kirill ZolotovI recently stayed at Second Nature Belfast on Queen Street and was thoroughly impressed. It's not just a hotel, but a true 'hometel' – a place where you feel right at home, yet with the service level of a good boutique hotel.
The location is simply perfect: everything is within walking distance – shops, restaurants, and Belfast's attractions. The room was spacious, stylish, and very clean, with its own kitchenette, which is incredibly convenient for making your own breakfast or light dinners.
I particularly liked the common areas: the cozy Winnie’s café, the bar with live music in the evenings, and a small fitness room that guests can use for free. The staff are very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with recommendations or additional services.
The only downside I noted was that breakfast prices in the restaurant are a bit high, but this is completely offset by the quality and variety of the dishes.
Overall, this is one of the best places to stay in Belfast, especially if you value style, comfort, and a central location. I will definitely be back.

Guest User⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful Stay at Holiday Inn Belfast
I recently spent three nights at Holiday Inn Belfast with a friend, and it was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish.
The staff were exceptionally welcoming, professional, and always ready to help, which made us feel comfortable immediately after arriving. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and throughout our stay the team maintained a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Our room was very clean, spacious, and well maintained, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The beds were comfortable, and the overall environment was quiet and perfect for rest after a long day exploring Belfast.
The location of the hotel is also excellent, making it easy to access many attractions, restaurants, and transport options around the city.
We also enjoyed the breakfast and general hotel facilities, which added to the overall quality of the stay.
Overall, it was a memorable and pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend Holiday Inn Belfast to anyone visiting the city. I look forward to staying here again in the future.
Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so enjoyable.

The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, making me feel right at home. The hotel's location is convenient, with plenty of dining options and easy access to transportation nearby. It offers great value for money, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

We arrived hours earlier than check-in time and were allowed to park our car in the underground garage. This allowed us to take a bus or walk the 30 mins into the city centre,
When we did check-in we were made up with the size and space available to us, 2 bedrooms, large dining table and good size kitchen area, it was also great to see lovely body wash and shampoo to use in the bathroom, everywhere was clean, we stayed 4 nts and the cleaner came in a tidied and change towels for us.
The tesco shoo was handy for picking up some pizzas and wine, saving us some money when on a tight budget, we would definitely stay again,

David BlundenI thought the staff were friendly and welcoming, the bar had a large selection of beverages and the rooms had ample space. There was also a breakfast buffet which was ok. A young lad cleaning the table next to ours managed to get spray onto our table and wife's food which was frustrating, but my wife raised the issue and he apologised and kindly took the plate. Just hope there's a little more due diligence next time.
What I wasn't fond of was that the rooms were not soundproofed, and I thought I'd highlight the matter since half of the rooms face out towards Common Market and other local bars. Luckily, we were that knackered that it didn't prevent us from getting to sleep. Another thing that was very disappointing was that the rooms were dusty, and the downstairs toilets were very dusty too. I could see all the staff working hard during my stay, but I really think more deep cleans could be done. I really think this is a staffing level issue as I could tell everyone was trying to do a good job, and I know big companies are reluctant to spend what's necessary to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.

A lovely hotel in a great location with friendly and helpful staff —- however there were so many small negatives that the overall experience was disappointing. The lift was not in service so had to use the stairs. Thankfully not a high rise and I was on the 1st floor. A huge, well decorated room was ruined by air conditioning and extraction units right outside the window which made for a loud and restless night. The frosted glass on the windows left the room dull. Black mold in the bathroom, large crack on the wall and dirty carpets did not help. Neither did the badly made bed and stiff coarse dressing gowns, which I had to look for and found squashed into a shelf in the wardrobe - and one had a large black stain on it. WiFi was very good but there were no usb / type C charging ports. TV was tiny in comparison to the size of the room and kept losing its signal. I also noted a blown lightbulb, but I guess this could have happened at any time. Breakfast was also disappointing, although the sausage was delicious and the highlight. They did provide a small gluten free option too, but I’m not sure if GF bread and non dairy milk is sufficient in and of themselves. The hotel claims a 4* rating and for that I would have at least expected tea/coffee table service. Instead I got it myself from a coffee machine. The coffee itself was very strong to the point of being undrinkable. Finally while speaking with staff it emerged that the Trip price, which supposedly included a huge discount was actually way over the standard price for a room with this hotel.

Brilliant red brick stately home type hotel. Full of charm and has a lovely front garden. You have full access to all living and dining area on the ground floor at any time, which is great for photos and relaxing. Our room was a small loft but had a great view from the bathroom of the hills over the city. The City tour bus goes past the hotel because apparently it used to be occupied by the main builder of the Titanic. It is a short walking distance to the stunning Queen's University and Botanic Gardens. Ryan's restaurant is a great shout for homely reasonably priced Irish food and drink. The lady at the front desk also gave us direct assistance to book our trip on the Causeway tour. Highly recommend.

Dejan SkaljacThe location right in the heart of South Belfast and near Ulster Museum leaves nothing to be desired. The service in this establishment does not either. Our room had plenty of light as it was on the 2nd floor and featured one of those 3 Victorian bay windows. The only tiny little fly in the ointment was the fact our bathroom sink did not seem to have warm water - but the shower made up for that. This mini hotel is great value for money and the cleanliness is beyond reproach.

From Belfast International Airport, take bus No. 300 to Queen Street, and it only takes 3 minutes to walk to the hotel. The hotel is also close to the commercial street and some attractions, and can be reached quickly by walking or taking the bus.
