房間很新，比較乾淨，地理位置優越，單環境要比別的三星酒店要好很多。跟四星差不多。酒店有免費洗衣服務，這個值得推薦。外賣也比較方便，有機器人送。安全性很強，前台會核查哪個房間才讓進去。前台態度很好，基本上最少有兩個人進行接待，還會主動提供飲用水，基本上可以免費推遲退房，對於晚起床的遊客很貼心。 缺點是比較貴，比普通三星酒店貴。電腦遊戲特權沒有。 非機器人，純牛馬認證。

This e-sports hotel surprised me very much! The rooms are clean and bright with complete facilities. Their computer configuration is very high and the game is very smooth. The hotel is strategically located and the traffic is very convenient. The staff's service attitude is very good and provides us with a quality experience. Highly recommended for all e-sports fans!

Overall, it was a comfortable stay. Although XG didn't win the championship, we still had a wonderful weekend. The hotel is relatively new, so the most important amenities were quite good: 1. The five-person room has five beds, two of which are double beds. Having stayed at other esports hotels, five-person rooms with five beds are rare, and it's a very good setup. The two beds are on top, and the three on the bottom are double-layered, so they don't interfere with each other. 2. The computer specifications were decent, with a mainstream 4060 graphics card, and the peripherals were reasonably priced. Most importantly, everything was clean and very nice. 3. The location is near the Communication University of China, but relatively secluded. A quiet environment is perfect for gatherings and gaming. 4. The service was excellent; a professional hotel is much better than a B&B. There was an issue during check-in: the room didn't have a TV. I called before booking to confirm so we could watch the game together. Thankfully, they helped coordinate a temporary TV setup after communication. Don't worry about mistakes; as long as we can communicate and resolve them, everything is fine.
