Beijing Haidian District Hotels

Very close to North Square of Beijing West Station with 5 mins walk to Beijing subway line 7(direct to universal resort) and High Speed Rail Entrance gate. Located in same building complex with shopping mall with plenty of restaurants(include 2 halal restaurants) and a food court available. Staffs do not speak English well and communication were mostly thru translation but they are helpful with services, so don't hesitate to reach out for help. *Get on the pedestrian bridge and turn to your right and climb down the stairs or escalator. hotel are right after the corner. I am not requesting room cleaning daily but housekeeping still providing 2 water bottles every day and replacing the used towel in your room and does some cleaning. Many complaining in review about hot room and centralized air conditioning but my room is all fine, not hot at all. As well the slippery bathroom floor but hotel provided shower mat which helped a lot to prevent slip during showering. Only complaint would be the room allocated to me was to deep into the building that my phone can't reached for line at all. I'm not using VPN so hotel wifi not helping. Guess no choice as I booked for room with no window but if possible, try request to not have room 2027/2025 or booked room with window instead. Certainly deserved a consideration if you wish to stay near to Beijing West Station! I would return to same hotel for next trip to Beijing in the future.

The experience exceeded expectations. The hotel is close to Xiangshan Mountain, and the environment is naturally needless to say. You will definitely not be disappointed. The front desk reception is very professional, warm and friendly, and very considerate! The room design is very tasteful, warm and comfortable. The focus should be on breakfast, which is great! There are rich varieties, and the key is that everything is delicious, whether it is staple food, dishes, fruits or desserts, you can't go wrong with your eyes closed. The natural taste of the ingredients themselves, without too heavy seasoning, is highly recommended! Will come again!

Overall a pleasant experience, with exceptional service from staff members. however breakfast options are limited with mostly repeating choices everyday. The only complaint i have about the room is that the countertop of the sink was leaking once in a while.

A newly opened hotel near the school. The location is very good. The neighborhood is also very quiet. The house is clean and the family lives very comfortably. The price is also reasonable. The facilities and equipment are very new. There is also a gym and laundry room downstairs. I have recommended it to my friends and they also think it is very good.

Hotel is best for travelers familiar with the area The hotel reservation was easily made and the room was available when I got to Beijing. Please note that the ”International” in the hotel name gives you a certain preconception that will not holdup when you arrive. I travel a lot, and do not expect the world to speak English, but International hotel eludes to options for international visitors. That is not the case at Liaoning International Hotel, they only speak Mandarin, and most will not try to communicate with a translation app. The menus and other signs are only in Mandarin as well. It took 3 visits to the spa area to figure out the hotel pool was there and how to use it. Note that the internet is not stable enough to allow your VPN to engage and stay on. I was not impressed with housekeeping, except on the last day they actually gave me all the soap options, extra water (was 104F the week I was there) and turned down my bed putting a mat and my house shoes by the bed! The hotel is off by itself making it difficult to navigate before you have data in your phone for maps. If you have been to Beijing before this would be okay, you would know what you are getting. If you have not been before, you will have an easier trip at a larger hotel chain near shops and restaurants.

The hotel is very close to the college entrance examination Yuying Middle School and Yuying School test sites. Candidates can walk to the above test sites, which is very convenient! The hotel specially prepared meaningful and practical gifts for the candidates! The hotel also tried every means to create a quiet rest environment for the candidates! The hotel lobby also has a coffee bar and rest area for guests to use free of charge! The hotel has complete facilities, the rooms are clean and tidy, especially the team represented by Manager Yang Xiaoshuai is very considerate and warm! It really feels like ”home away from home”!

This is one of the best hotels I stayed for this price. May be for tourism is not a classic or ideal location but for business this is the best thing. Everything was fine, the bathroom was impressive.

This time I brought my children to Beijing for a trip and chose to stay at Hampton by Hilton Zhongguancun. The experience was great! On the day of check-in, the front desk staff was very considerate. Seeing that I was with my child, they took the initiative to help us upgrade the room type for free. They also added a bed and made the children's crib in advance. It was full of details. What touched me even more was that the hotel also gave the children a free buffet breakfast. The children ate happily and I saved a lot of worry. The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is close to the Summer Palace, Tsinghua University, Yuanmingyuan, and Xiangshan. It is very convenient to take a taxi or subway. The surrounding facilities are also complete, and it is very convenient to go out for food and shopping. The overall service is very warm, the room is clean and tidy, and the facilities are also new. It is a comfortable and pleasant parent-child travel experience. I will definitely choose here next time I come to Beijing. I strongly recommend it to parent-child travel families!

I saw on the bulletin board near the elevator that the hotel bar had bread and dessert blind boxes (18:00-22:00). After we went to the bar, the service staff pretended not to know and said that there was only a half-price event, and we just had to go back to take pictures. If you don’t want to sell cheaply, you can not participate in the event. There is an event that is obviously available, but you still pretend not to know. Later, after further questioning, you admit that there is an event, and reluctantly help us pack bread. It’s really boring👎👎 The service attitude of the front desk, gym, lounge, and room service is very good, and the concierge has no contact. Hygiene: 5 points There is no big problem, and the guest room still has a slight smell, especially in the cabinet. Environment: 5 points The lounge can overlook the Olympic Forest Park, and there are several small meeting rooms with a good learning atmosphere. The design of the public area is also very good. The hotel is inspired by horses and unifies many visual design elements.

I am an old customer. I was very satisfied with my stay last year and I stayed here again this year. Kiki at the front desk was very nice and enthusiastic. She patiently answered all our questions. Our wheelchair had a screw missing and Kiki helped us contact the maintenance staff and sent it to the room. She also helped us carry our luggage to the room when we changed rooms. I am really grateful.
