Convenient location near international airport and there is a shopping mall just 20mins walk where there are restaurants to choose from.  Room is clean and good house keeping.

My third stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, close to both Hualikan subway station and Shine Hills mall, which offers dining and shops of all sorts. I got a nice big room for a good rate. The carpet was welcomed but not in top shape; a small matter. The bath and linens were clean. The service was excellent, but the breakfast bar ran out of certain items like jam and butter ahead of the 9:00 am closure. Not to worry--there was plenty of food and coffee.

The Hotel location and cleanliness was good. However, staff doesn't speak English, so it was difficult for me as a foreigner to communicate for evening asking for a bottle of water. As per hotel brief, it is mentioned that there's a gym/fitness center available, but there's only a single machine placed in an open hall and that is also broken.

This hotel is located 15 minutes away from Beijing Capital airport, which is very convenient and probably the only good thing. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was 0, breakfast only catered mainly for Chinese and the bread they did have was stale literally dry bread. It's very sad as we had high expectations looking at trip.com rating which was not right. Please make sure you clean your hotel and the lobby carpet was very very dirty.

The hotel airport pick-up was very timely. The girl at the front desk was very enthusiastic and provided attentive service. The consultation was very detailed.
