朝食はそれなりに良かった。
ただ、部屋に入った時に生乾きのような臭いがしたのと、隣の部屋の音が結構聞こえるのが気になった。

The breakfast was pretty good.
However, when I entered the room, it smelled damp and I could hear a lot of noise from the next room, which bothered me.

駅周辺には喫煙所が少なく、喫煙可能な部屋は有難い。
朝食が充実していました。周辺にお店も少ないので、有難いです。

There are few smoking areas around the station, so it's great to have a room where you can smoke.
The breakfast was substantial. There aren't many shops in the area, so it's great.

The location is very good in front of Kimitsu Station. Anyway it was beautiful. It was good that there was an entrance. The breakfast was delicious too. We are satisfied because it was reasonable.
