The unit cleanliness was poor .The toilet wall trace of stain and mould.The sliding door groove, balcony , the bedroom floor and under the bed was dusty.The queen bed headboard leg that was broken before was repaired with inserted few screws to prevent it dislodge.If someone not notice it ,could eventually hurt themselve if the joint broken again.The centre of tv console cave in.Their utensil food though im not using it, was not clean properly and old stain can be seen.Overall the staying was not pleasant.

3 adults and 2 kids stay. Like: - location near to Legoland - bed in main bedroom is big and comfy. - air con is strong enough. Ceiling fans provided. - management help replace faulty water flask on same day. - nice and big swimming pool. Dislike: - nearby no place to buy food nor supermarket. Need to take taxi 10-15 mins away to shopping mall. - jacuzzi is dirty, and cockroaches around at night. - bed at living area, height is quite low for adults. - Balcony is dusty. Area is small, not really suitable to sit outside to enjoy view. Not recommend to open balcony door esp at night. As we did that and cockroach came in.

First time booking this apartment together with family. Room size is good for children as there are 2 queen size beds. Washing machine, fridge and a small kitchen are available and in great condition. Except for the kettle was spoilt (unable to boil water that night). Cleanliness of the apartment is good. Carpark available. X Park & Big Box about 12 mins drive. A great place to bump in with the kids. Swimming pool & gym also available. Only issue was food and amenities quite far. Need to drive out to get food & drinks.
