Cozrum Homes - Coraline House Reviews

Cleanliness is the most important aspect of providing homestay service. Once check in, the floor is dusty and the blanket have stain. Since I stay there for 6 nights, cozrum arranged for a cleaning service. They change bedsheet and pillow case for me and clean the floor. But the bedsheet come with stain. Understand that it is a budget stay, but in order to attract more foreigner, cleanliness need to improve. Lastly for this place it doesn't come with table and chair leaving a big empty space in the room while the toilet is extremely small. I'm a person 1.7m 65kg, not a big build and I find it challenging to maneuver in the toilet.

It was so dirty... There was a bug on the floor and the bed sheets were dirty. 

The bed linen in the room is average, check-in is self-service, those who are not good at English should be careful

Cozrum is getting worse and worse, service quality is getting worse and worse. Goodbye.

Clean hotel, easy access, close to many amenities. Cozy room decoration.

The location is in a narrow alley. It is better to go to the alley entrance when calling a taxi, otherwise the driver will not be able to find it! Then you need a Vietnamese phone number to contact the landlord. The way to check in is a youth hostel!

In my experience, it's about 8/10 points.
