I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Its location near the airport was a huge plus for my travel plans. What truly made my stay, however, was the outstanding staff. Despite the language barrier (my Chinese is basic, and their English was limited), they were incredibly attentive and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. Highly recommend and I will absolutely return!

We stayed here only for a night. My kid love the ducky design and we are satisfy with it as well as an adult. not sure how to say it but it seems they have put some well consideration into it when the places are built/renovate. Their location is convenient for catching ur flights, they have shuttle to take you to the airport. Since I did not have a China phone number, they went an extra mile to reach out to trip.com to get a hold of me cause there were items we left in the room. I was able to contact them back because they had direct WeChat communication. Although the things were not important and I asked them to toss them, but the service to try to ensure the customer did not leave any items behind is superb. Honestly the hotel around the airport is not for a long stay if you are there for sight seeing, but anytime I am in BJ, they will def get my business for a day or 2 before I leave the city.

Everything was perfect. Service was excellent. Shuttle bus and pick up service were very convenient. Thank you very much for all the employees. Lamas were cute, too.

Every thing was good, I have o complain. We had transfer in Beijing during the night. The hotel provided a shuttle bus to pick us up at the airport and bring us back for our flight next morning.

The stay was very good and comfortable; the room was clean and modern. The staff were very helpful and the service was excellent. Plus, the animals were adorable.

Excellent stay. Very modern, comfy and clean room. Free fruit/drinks. Close to the Airport. Hotel staffs are very ourteous and accomodating. Breakfast buffet is good. I like the food delivery robot outside the room. Free pick up and drop off to the 🛫 Also with freebies:travel kit after I checked out And I love how they explained and waved goodbye to us when the shuttle van left going to Capital Airport. I wish I stayed a little longer. Overal, it was really good stay. Exceeds my expectation.

I love this hotel because of the amazing mens staffs. They are very courteous and very accommodating. They will help you with anything you need without complaining in their faces. The room is also very clean. + points. The breakfast buffet is also good. And the best part is it’s very close to the airport and they have free pickup/drop-off shuttle to/from airport.

Absolutely loved this hotel, felt like such a luxury. The waterfall shower was stunning, super comfy bed. Very close to the airport. The complimentary noodles (part of the late night snack) were so tasty. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Hotel was very clean and tidy. The only issue was that there was a pen with two alpacas in the courtyard of the hotel, presumably pets. Seemed cruel to keep them there bored and hot. Otherwise a fantastic hotel experience!

Third time staying in this hotel for long layovers in Beijing. Compared to January, I noticed a great improvement in the service. The woman who helped me with the check-in was kind and professional, setting up pick-up and drop-off service from and to the airport. She also promptly switched to English when I got confused while speaking Chinese. The buffet is tasty, with Chinese and Western options. They gave me a twin room because the single I booked wasn't available, but my stay was comfortable nonetheless. I appreciate the late-night snack option, though this time I ordered takeout.

Pretty good services and nice accommodations. Laundry and gym are also for free, whch are so convenient for customers.

Stay a night for its proximity to the airport to catch an early flight. Recommended for short stay close to airport. Clean, comfortable and value for money. Airport transfer shuttle is free and on time. Short 10-15mins to T3.

Since we had an early flight the next day, we chose to stay at this hotel near the airport. That day, we visited the Great Wall and didn’t check in until the evening. The front desk staff was very polite and informed us that a late-night snack was available at the hotel restaurant from 10 PM to 12 AM, which was a nice touch. They also thoughtfully asked about our return flight and helped us arrange a morning wake-up call and airport transfer. On the day of our departure, a staff member personally walked us to the shuttle bus, handed us a small gift, and bowed while thanking us for staying at their hotel. It was a warm and memorable gesture. Overall, we had a great experience. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, and the service was exceptionally attentive. Highly recommended!

Booked this hotel to be close to the airport, unexpectedly it’s new, clean and with modern design! We enjoyed the stay and the great delicious breakfast, many options to choose from, convenient location and very friendly and kind staff. Decided to book with them directly for the return flight we have. I strongly recommend them.
