Our hotel uses a central air-conditioning system, and its operation requires comprehensive consideration of many factors. In early April, the weather conditions were extremely changeable, sometimes extremely hot and sometimes pleasantly cool. This complex and changeable weather condition poses a great challenge to our air conditioning control. Some guests find the heat unbearable and hope to turn on the cooling mode; but some guests feel a little cold and prefer a warm and comfortable environment. In order to satisfy the accommodation experience of most guests as much as possible and balance the needs of different guests, the hotel, after careful consideration, had to temporarily set the air conditioners to natural wind mode. We are fully aware that this decision has affected your stay experience to some extent and you are unable to enjoy appropriate temperature regulation in hot weather. We feel deeply guilty about this. Every guest is the most valuable asset of our hotel. We should have provided you with more thoughtful and meticulous service and made you feel the warmth and comfort of home, but we disappointed you this time and we are really ashamed. But please rest assured that after mid-April, the hotel has fully learned the lesson from this incident and adjusted the operating mode of the air conditioner in a timely manner, turning all air conditioners on to cooling mode to ensure that every guest staying in the hotel can spend a good time in a cool and comfortable environment.
