You can't refund after booking, it's simply outrageous. The room is a converted bathroom, it feels dirty, the sheets and quilt covers haven't been changed for several months, there are abandoned radiators on the floor, there is an air conditioner but it is not allowed to be used, the door has no lock, it uses wire, it's not safe at all, it's dirty and messy, I have never lived in such a rubbish room, whoever lives in it will regret it, the boss has no conscience, he specializes in cheating people.
