Good stay, and location is convenient in the centre. Checked in late and Mr Su and Ms Zhang is attentive to our needs.

The hotel provides free laundry service which I appreciated very much after staying for a few days in China before moving to the next city. It is also very near to the bullet train south station that I took to Shanghai.

Nice room, although there was a little smell of smoke, even though it was a non-smoking room. Nice breakfast and nice bathroom.

Really nice. Fast Check-in. They don't speak in English but make the comunication so easy. Clean and comfortable.
Is not close to the metro station but is silent and quiet.
Most of the time, the cleanliness of the room is ok. However, the gurst toilet on the ground floor is terribly dirty. Staff member seems not to care of the cleanliness. One of the Male staff seems drunk and made a mess of the guest toilet.

Hotel is level 2. front desk staff is helpful. very convenient for early flight or late night traveller.

I traveled with friends, we booked two different rooms:
#1 Perfectly clean and no weird smell.
#2 clean but with a deep smoking smell. We complained but hotel didn’t change my friend to another room.
Overall the hallways smell like cigarette.
Breakfast too crowded but appreciated.
Location is very close to temple of heaven.
People is willing to serve.

This hotel is just amazing - foreigner friendly and it’s perfectly located. We would recommend it in whole. They even upgraded us to a great room.
Thank you will visit again.
Very good, new, clean hotel located 15 min walk to the metro station.
Comfortable bed, impeccably clean towels and bedsheets. I would recommend to travelers.
Very satisfied with our stay at this hotel the staff were very attentive and friendly.

The hotel is located in the old town, not too far off the 天坛 and many other attractions. However if one wants to travel around the hype hipster, you should avoid this area.
There is a school right beside this hotel and every morning there are lots of honking and massive jam. So if you plan to head out, you need to consider the morning jam.
My room 8217 has issue with the cold water on the 2nd night. No matter where I turn, the water are burning hot. Koodoos to the staff where they changed my room and apologies for the inconveniences.
Overall not a bad place but considering the noise (I’m a light sleeper), I won’t be staying here again.

I got value for money. The only downside is the location. Subway is about 15 mins. walk away.
The staff is great. The breakfast is nice. The room is clean. I liked it overall.

Actually it is a nice hotel and temple of heaven is in walking distance. Lovely neighbourhood but need to walk for everything. Train station and shops are abit far away.
Besides, we felt abit not welcome by the front office staff. I believe if you expecting foreigners at the hotel your staff should be able to welcome them with nice smiles even you can’t speak English. Please don’t have the weird looking face or stare at them.
Apart from that all okay.

Loved the room. It faces the road but except for occasional traffic, it's quiet at night. Near Temple of heaven south gate. Just turn left when exit hotel and keep walking till you see it. Most service staff are nice and helpful especially those at the reception. Lobby is not the same now, as walls are built to separate a space for breakfast.
So my bad experience starts here. It is not clear who to give the breakfast ticket to as there was no counter, and an unpleasant experience when suddenly a girl appeared and I'm accused of not having a ticket when helping myself to the food. When I explained and pointed to my friend who has the ticket, she still could say I should have given it to her then. I suppose it was clearly written on her forehead for me to do so? Please also greet your guests good morning, it is basic manners, and the girl could just have stopped at asking if I've a ticket instead of accusing.
