This hotel was perfect for our Universal Studios visit. They offer a complimentary shuttle, and breakfast was quite generous. The laundry room was spotless, even providing detergent for delicates, and the staff would help with drying them. My only regret is I forgot to take any pictures of the hotel.

I stayed for two nights. The room was spacious and very clean, and the service was exceptional. Getting to Universal Studios was very convenient, just a 15-minute taxi ride away. The rooms here are quite spacious, and the service is truly exceptional. We were particularly impressed when we were late for breakfast; despite most of the food being cleared, the staff didn't rush us and even kindly offered to prepare fresh wontons just for us. The complimentary fruit platter upon arrival was a generous touch, and the bedding was really comfortable. All the in-room facilities and amenities worked perfectly. Location-wise, it's about 4-5 kilometers from Universal Studios, and getting a taxi was always easy and convenient. For dining, we found it super convenient to order local takeout, like the delicious yogurt and Zhajiangmian from Ziguangyuan nearby. Seriously, the service was fantastic! They were incredibly accommodating and responsive to every request. Our room was well-stocked with Perrier, other drinks, and orange juice, and the staff were genuinely enthusiastic about offering refills if we needed more. The room was clean. There's a shuttle service to Universal Studios at 8:25 AM, with the only return trip at 9:50 PM, which we found quite convenient. The breakfast spread was excellent. The service was excellent. The front desk staff were all incredibly warm and welcoming, offering water and candies, which delighted both children and adults. Its 10mins away from universal, the hotel arranged a shuttle fo the resort , very convenient. Bed was comfortable and room was large and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would stay again! Highly recommend.
