Holiday Inn Express Hotels in Beijing

Great location, just 30-40 minutes to downtown or Universal Resort via Didi. We stayed in the serviced apartments, very spacious. Breakfast was good. Robot delivery of food and groceries to room a plus. A couple shopping malls nearby if dining out preferred. Would definitely stay again.

The location of the hotel is amazing, there was an opportunity to plan everything from there with great ease. The reception staff was super friendly, they gave me a gift at the end of my stay, the buffet is good, the food is varied. However my room was not very clean, there were some bugs walking on the lamps near my bed. The shower was a bit dirty and in general I found the furniture to be old. I could never get the air conditioner to work. The staff does not speak English, but they use the translator, which makes communication very easy.

front staff (night and day) were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Checking in was fast. Room is clean and comfortable. Bathroom is a bit small. It would also have been better if water from shower head doesn't come out all over the place. Housekeeper is also friendly and helpful. Basically cuatomer service is great. Location is walking distance to metro line 3 and 17 and also 15min walk away from TaikooLi and Sanlitun. Nice peking duck restaurant just opposite hotel. Has a laundry room which is good.

The room is clean and tidy, equipped with coffee capsules, you can ask the waiter for the flavor you want to drink👍 The waiter is attentive and enthusiastic👍 Especially in the restaurant, I told them that the child was not feeling well and asked if it could be packed and taken back, and they immediately helped, which was great🌹 The front desk provides printing services, both front and back, which is very considerate. The lobby and other waiting areas are large, sitting on the sofa, looking out the window, especially when the sun is shining, you can work and daydream😁 This business trip feels very comfortable to stay in the hotel😊 Remind, the shoe cloth may have been forgotten in the room.

It was a wonderful experience staying at holiday inn. The reception staff was good and bilingual. Additionally I must say and appreciate Manager Tom and Larry, they are just awesome guys very friendly bilingual and very helping in every-way. It’s highly recommended place specifically when you’re travelling with family. Hopefully gonna stay again if I come to Beijing next time.

The room is clean and tidy~ Facilities: Complete, air purifier, heater, humidifier are also prepared for this season! Environment: The environment in Shougang Park is of course nothing to say Service: We will respond to any request, send chargers, quilts and heaters, the service is super good!

During the May Day holiday, Shougang Workhouse Holiday Inn Express is located in the Shougang Park. The renovation of the old Shougang Workhouse is very creative. It is quiet in the bustling city. Although it is in the park, it is far away from the tourist concentration area. It is very quiet. There is a popular Starbucks downstairs. Xiaocheng at the front desk is warm and thoughtful. I will choose the workhouse next time

I had a wonderful experience staying here. I accidentally left my personal gourd behind when I checked out in late July, and I was so impressed by how the hotel staff went above and beyond to help. They kindly kept it safe for me until I returned to Beijing in October, and I was so grateful to have it returned to me. The hotel itself is fantastic—clean, quiet, and comfortable, with a really pleasant atmosphere. It has truly been my first choice whenever I travel to Beijing. The level of service and attention to detail is exceptional. Highly recommend it! Thank you so much to the team for making my stay so enjoyable!

The room is clean and hygienic. We stayed in a family room with two large beds, which was enough for our family of three! The breakfast variety was not very large but it was enough and delicious! The view outside the breakfast room window was pleasant! Free parking when staying, the parking lot is spacious and friendly to beginners~
