It was a wise decision to choose Holiday Inn Express Beijing Conference Center this time. As soon as we entered the hotel, the clean and tidy lobby made us feel particularly comfortable. Lucy, the front desk staff, was friendly and enthusiastic, and the check-in procedure was quick and efficient. She also patiently answered our questions about the surrounding tours. The room was warm and practical, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, allowing us to quickly fall into a sweet dream when we were tired. The room was fully equipped with high-speed wireless network and spacious desk to meet our needs for leisure or temporary office. The hotel's breakfast was also a surprise. A rich selection of dishes, from traditional Chinese breakfast to Western bread and coffee, fresh and delicious, provided full vitality for the new day. The hotel is located in a very convenient location, with developed transportation around it, and worry-free travel. And the surrounding environment is beautiful and quiet. Every moment here, I feel the hotel's dedication and professionalism, and the cost-effectiveness is super high. Thanks again to Lucy for her enthusiastic service~

This was my second time at this hotel after a stay a long time ago. I was pleasantly surprised to see it was exactly as I remembered. The staff were very helpful indeed, particularly the young lady who checked me in and out. The breakfast was good and had a lot to choose from. I’d definitely recommend and I’m planning to return.

Perfect place to stay in Sanlitun, i don’t think there’s anything better in this price range. Location is perfect and restaurant as well. The hall is huge and well lit. Rooms are very clean, tidy and have a good smell of cleanliness. Housekeeping made me find a free bottle of wine in my room because it was my birthday. They were so nice and kind. Also I didn’t pay the laundry service only because I booked through Trip.com. They have a Robot which can take the elevators to bring customers the food they ordered online just to their room’s door. Receptionists can talk english and are very nice. Very good restaurant. I will definitely come back. Strongly recommended

The hotel is decorated with a strong Christmas atmosphere. There are free snacks and tea in the lobby, and fruit plates are provided in the room. The staff have a strong sense of service, and the breakfast is balanced and nutritious with a wide variety. The restaurant staff are all very enthusiastic, friendly, and especially approachable. The breakfast is warm and thoughtful. It was a very pleasant stay experience, and I will choose this hotel again next time if I have the chance.

The room was very comfortable, the girl at the front desk was very gentle, the robot delivery was very convenient, the breakfast was quite delicious, and as a person who doesn't eat lamb, I ordered a bowl of rice noodles in the restaurant in the morning, but the beef topping and lamb soup were unacceptable.
