The check-in done by Erina was very professional. Thanks to her professional attitude and customer orientated behaviour, she managed to add an additional bed for my daughter and upgraded us to a more suitable room for my family as the booking details were not clear and detailed enough on trips.com. Furthermore, we also faced some maintenance issues in the room that were solved in a timely manner by Erina. Considering the first class service mentioned previously, we highly recommend the holiday inn temple of Heaven hotel.

It was great experience staying 3 nights at this hotel. Front desk employees were really helpful. Though they are not very good in english still they try their beat to help for any query through translator device.

The room is spacious and bright, the bedding is very comfortable, and the room is equipped with a refrigerator, which is very convenient. The cleaning lady is also very enthusiastic. The breakfast has a rich variety, and the pancakes are delicious. The next day, we had to catch an early flight. There was a shuttle bus to the airport as early as 7:00. The front desk made an appointment for us. The service was very thoughtful. This is a hotel worth recommending. I will stay here again if I have the chance.
