I bought a package of Universal Studios tickets + hotel. The hotel is quite far from Universal Studios, but it is very convenient to eat downstairs. The overall price/performance ratio is good, and the service is also OK.

Love the hotel , rooms are spacious ，clean, very helpful and friendly front desk, especially love the little robot helpers, they are so cute. We love the self service laundry , had our clean clothes every day , just love it. Overall it was a very good stay, highly recommended and will return to the hotel if I travel to Beijing again .

This is the second time we stayed here. We brought our children to the Great Wall and chose Hampton by Hilton. We came here at noon and were particularly touched by the attentive and considerate reception of our children by the two tall and thin boys at the front desk. They were particularly friendly and fraternal, which made us feel warm! They also made us two cups of coffee for free. We warmly requested the hotel leaders to praise the two employees and call on all employees to learn from them, because the transmission of love first requires kindness and a true original intention to care for others. These two employees made us feel deeply that they cared about the children from the bottom of their hearts. When they learned that we were from other places, they also told us that there was a laundry room and dryer on the second floor, which were all free, and the laundry detergent was also free. The most important thing was that the breakfast was really good! Thank you, let us stay at Hampton by Hilton Changping next time we come!

I love staying at this hotel when I need a break away from my home. It is super comfortable and warm, in this cold winter! Bathrooms were clean and modern. Breakfast was top notch and caters to chinese/western appetites (The milk and water could be hotter because it was just warm and not as enjoyable). Nancy the manager was very awesome and regularly check up on us. We even got a plate of fruit to wish us a Merry Christmas. Definitely my go to hotel in Beijing!
