Nice hotel. Laundry is a super bonus when you travel with children, thank you! The breakfast was good. We quickly changed the room, because in the previous one there was a smell of cigarettes, which did not go away. The reception always helps to solve your question very quickly. It's a good experience.

💫Stayed at Hampton by Hilton Beijing Communication University, which just opened in April 2025, the experience was full! Must give five stars! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was warmly healed. The bright and simple decoration exuded a brand new feeling. The staff was warm and thoughtful throughout the whole process, and even their smiles were just the right temperature✨. The room layout is very attentive, and smart devices are available. There is a wide variety of Chinese and Western food for breakfast, but today's bacon 🥓 is a bit old, and the dessert is a bit sweet and not very delicious. Everything else is OK... The location is still OK. Whether it is a business trip or a vacation, it can give you full comfort and peace of mind. It is highly recommended to everyone.

We stayed here for 2 nights during our trip to Beijing, the staff didn't know a word of English, but they went extra mile to try understand our requests. They were very polite and very helpful. Hotel is about 15 mins from Beijing South Railway Station which is very helpful. Roo.s were clean..we didn't have time to try any amenities.

The strong smell of cigarette in the hallway and in the room even the hotel claimed that it's non-smoking hotel which is not meet international Hilton standard at all. I stayed for 2 nights, changed 4 rooms to stay. If get rid off the strong smell of cigarette, the hotel is going to be perfect because the room is clean and in good condition, good-service mind of the staffs especially Leo. Eventhough the staffs are bearly to speak English, but they are willing to help

From the neatness of the concierge to help carry the luggage, to the attentiveness of the restaurant waiters to remember the guests' preferences, every detail is professional. I have to mention the restaurant on the second floor. The freshly cooked Beijing-style noodles, porridge of various flavors, freshly squeezed juice, and the configuration of the fully automatic coffee machine make breakfast the most anticipated ritual moment every day. The 24-hour gym is fully equipped with equipment, and the dry and wet separated laundry room is particularly friendly to long-term guests, truly realizing the convenient experience of ”check-in with your luggage”. If the hardware facilities are the baseline of Hilton, then the humane service here is the fundamental reason why I come back to stay every month. Next time you come to Beijing, why not leave your luggage to this familiar warmth!

Thank you to the Manager and staff for your helpfuness. Generally, I enjoyed my stay and my room was clean upon my arrival. Unfortunately, the cleaning staff did not make my bed during my stay. I expected the sheets to be smooth and neatened. My dustbin in the bedroom was also not emptied yesterday because when I arrived at my room late yesterday afternoon, the dustbin was full to capacity. This morning after breakfast, my dustbin was still not emptied. The cleaning staff also did not sweep/vacuum because the dust I saw on the carpet was there throughout the weekend. I would like to suggest that you either change the carpets or wash them regularly or remove them completely because they make the room smells unpleasant. Thank you for changing the fridge. Unfortunately, this was was noisy during the night, but at least it smelled clean. Your hotel is beautiful but the overall cleanliness can improve. The entrance to your hotel should sparkle. You have the potential to progress to 5-Star, but it needs to be pristine all round.

Booked here when going to Universal Studios. The transportation is very convenient. It takes only 5 minutes to walk from the subway station. There is a special bus to Universal Studios. The hotel facilities are relatively new, the room area is quite spacious, the hygiene is good, and the service is also very good. There are many restaurants around the hotel where you can eat. Overall, it is still recommended.

I love staying at this hotel when I need a break away from my home. It is super comfortable and warm, in this cold winter! Bathrooms were clean and modern. Breakfast was top notch and caters to chinese/western appetites (The milk and water could be hotter because it was just warm and not as enjoyable). Nancy the manager was very awesome and regularly check up on us. We even got a plate of fruit to wish us a Merry Christmas. Definitely my go to hotel in Beijing!

This stay was great. Nadia's service was warm and thoughtful. She asked about our needs and helped us apply for a late check-out. She really put herself in the shoes of the guests. I was touched. The hotel is in an excellent location with convenient transportation around. It has everything you need for eating, drinking and having fun. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes great. It starts the day in a good mood. The room is fully equipped, clean and tidy, the air conditioning is powerful, the hot water supply is stable, and the shower is super comfortable. The details are experienced everywhere, and the cost-effectiveness is super high. I will definitely choose this place for my next trip and will recommend it to my friends. It is a five-star rating without any complaints. It is no exaggeration. I will come again.
