Beiwuwan No. 1 Tuyi Seaview Apartment Hotel

It is the worst hotel I’ve ever seen. Extremely dirty rooms, a lot of dust, COCKROCHES, the most of the equipment and furniture are broken. We’ve checked THREE rooms, and all of them have the same problems. The clean worker does her job very irresponsibly. throughout our entire stay at the hotel, they did not make our beds or change our towels for clean ones (they just took old dirty towels and folded them as if they had changed them for clean ones). the service is simply disgusting. not only that, when we reported that there were cockroaches in our room, they said that they would now bring medicine for them! they didn't even apologize or offer to change the room. Only after we asked about a replacement number did they agree to give the same one. There was no room upgrade or quality cleaning. Moreover, the hotel staff allowed themselves to communicate disrespectfully, commenting on the appearance and nationality of the guests. the situation was improved only by the excellent work of the Trip.com guest support service, after contacting the hotel, the hotel employee at least apologized.
