Butler contacted you even before u board the island. Send all the information you need beforehand. Helping you with the luggage, service is excellent. Room view is marvelous also, direct seaview with nice interior design. Private swimming water is warm. Cleaning Auntie is polite and attentive. We never attend the free afternoon tea, staff are nice enough to send a set to our room volunteerlily. Staff even call us to pass us gifts when we check out early without informatinh Butler. A very wonderful and pleasant stay. Definitely will come back again.

酒店位置非常好，離打開窗簾就能看見海，走出酒店就是沙灘。早餐和下午茶很豐富～樓下有超市水果店還有非常好吃的螺螄粉。管家阿傑非常熱情，服務周到！非常nice！推薦推薦（＾ω＾）

這次旅途在潿洲島住的這家是最滿意的！住得超級舒服，這個景色真的超級贊！酒店外面就是大海，從房間裏就可以欣賞海景，視角絕佳，忍不住拍拍拍。酒店離港口很近，而且酒店管家會提前聯繫登島注意事項，好貼心，誇誇。還有最最滿意的是可以獨享整片沙灘，不會像公共沙灘一樣非常多遊客。還給我們贈送了下午茶，晚上也準備了雞尾酒給我們。另外大家一定不要錯過日落！真的超級治癒。總之超級推薦。

哈哈哈 名副其實的凡爾賽酒店 房間裏的裝修既簡約又很有格調 真的超棒 酒店遇到的每一個工作人員都很熱情 包括打掃衞生的阿姨 房間很乾凈 我自己帶的一次性四件套都沒用上😂 特別要提一下管家阿傑 真的超熱情 也不失應有的分寸感 像個認識很久的朋友（頭髮放下來很帥哈哈哈）總之 這個酒店給我的潿洲島之旅增添了不少舒適感 以後來潿洲島一定還住這家 nice～開心😁

位置距離碼頭近，但很安靜，房間距離海邊一步之遙，設施和衞生也不錯，管家阿傑耐心周到，服務不錯。如果要挑毛病的話，一個是空調聲音大，有點影響睡眠，二是一些工程上的瑕疵，門縫大到有點離譜，一些傢俱的門也有點變形關不起來。攜程上現在酒店和民宿的界限很模糊了，現場看來，這裏衹能算一個比較不錯的民宿，距離我理解的酒店服務和設施還有點差距。

酒店房間設施很新，智能家電、馬桶很好用。房間很大，衞生整潔，整體居住非常舒適。樓下就是海灘，沙子、草地風景優美，遊玩愜意。
早餐、下午茶都很好吃。租電瓶車、旅拍酒店都可以幫忙安排。
管家小馬非常貼心，服務非常周到。接送安排很好。孩子生病買葯開車帶我們幫忙找葯店買葯，感受服務很暖心。
