房間寬敞舒適， 陽台見海，坐落在北海高檔小區內。綜合環境較好，離銀灘比較近，門口有各類便利店，小吃店，租借電動車店。
牀板較硬，其他都還可以，廚房可做飯，有地面與地下停車位，區別在於免費與收費。
寵物友好，總體來説，可以推薦。

老闆熱情慷慨，訂的大床房，直接給升級了兩室一廳的套房。高層大陽台海景無敵，屋內設施都很新，一應俱全，十分推薦！

網上搜了很多，最終決定了這家，果然我眼光不錯，位置環境豆非常好，名宿在高檔小區的高層，房間非常非常寬大，兩室一廳一廚一衞，還帶超大陽台直接能看見銀談的那種，下樓不遠還有菜場，帶爸媽出來玩自己買海鮮自己煮又乾淨又實惠，樓下還有大泳池可以游泳，房東人也很好給我們攻略教我們如何避坑，總之這次挑的名宿非常非常滿意，值得送上五顆星，值得推薦，可惜忘記拍照了
