大家放一百個心去入住，設施齊全，衞生乾淨房間整齊，每兩層設有一個洗衣機，住客可在白天免費洗衣服，周圍環境好晚上睡覺安安靜靜，這是我出差睡得最好最舒服的一晚，賓館對面過馬路有一個快餐店味道挺不錯，我還和謝大哥聊了一會，“我説我看到有一條評論在説他們家不好，當時我這單下的有點猶豫，等我到了北海離謝大哥家酒店也就幾百米，還在猶豫要不要取消，最後我決定住下來，聊天中聽謝大哥講訴，這對夫妻準備去潿洲島玩，晚上不回來住，一天房費就不想給，又不想退房，聽到這裏我就明白了，這説明夫妻倆還是喜歡住謝大哥家賓館，謝大哥不滿足夫妻倆的要求，離開後就來黑人家酒店” 我對謝大哥家酒店提出個小小的建議，拖鞋全部換新，均碼男的42，女的38，我明年來北海就直接入住北海謝永明賓館，謝大哥再見

衞生臟亂，洗漱用品這種貼身的，特別是毛巾，沒洗手就拿給我，拿到房間就往那桌一扔，樓梯扶手全部掛有床單……設備就更是一言難盡了，同價位建議看看北海明鋒商務酒店，天差地別，上去看了情況我直接就走，錢不退可以理解，畢竟已經登記入住，但是環境衞生設備一般人怕是接受不了
