房間衞生乾淨，離景點很近，過馬路就是…交通便利，院內有提供休閑區，還有小朋友的泳池，免費停車，停車方便

我定的是兩間的套間，在暑期的話性價比很高了。房間也還算乾淨現代，一個房間是1.8米的大床，一個房間是兩張1.5米的床，住得很寬鬆。洗手間也乾濕分離很乾凈。夜裡孩子發燒，店家也給拿來了體温計和葯品，服務不錯。美中不足的是兩樓三樓沒電梯，要提行李上下，這個不喜歡。

標準酒店標配，下樓就是銀灘浴場入口，非常近！海洋生物館，銀灘有救生員上班到七點半！很安全
樓下很多海鮮大排隊，美食，非常便利

前台服務差差差差差差，從來沒見過情商這麼低的前台，提前一天打電話説14點入住，説號碼説幾次都聽不懂，電話不好就換一個，第二天15點到店，16點多才能入住，都不懂那個電話有什麼意義，説打掃好衞生，那我們等你都不説什麼了，孩子在那裡玩，在那説我們吵，我們孩子都不到兩歲，沒有大喊大叫，就是在那玩的開心的笑也要被説，對孩子都不包容做什麼服務業，本來就是為了孩子才想説要個環境好點的住宿，結果花了錢就是體驗這種服務！去溝通晚點退房，也是説不可以，説他們旺季是不允許的，必須按時退，跟我説下一波客人咋樣咋樣，拜託🙏🏻，難道我們入住沒準時又是我們的問題，退房想溝通也是我們素質不行，不行還跟你溝通個毛線啊，第二天退房的時候，電話打過來15分鐘不到我們就退了，結果屁股都沒坐下，就讓我催我家人下樓，我們孩子都沒睡醒，都已經在收拾了還要催，態度不好，説什麼讓我們快點，別的客人已經在等着了，我白眼要翻上天了，大廳沒人我不説，就算有人就非要盯着這間嗎，那能讓我們等不能讓其他人等？我們是什麼很*的人嗎？情商不高，我從沒見過有人能把這種話不加任何修飾的説出來。而且房間還有個超致命問題，建議小情侶謹慎選擇星空房，但凡有個大便味道大點的，另一個也逃不掉，因為廁所沒有門沒有門沒有門，就一個簾子，反正什麼動靜一清二楚，抽風也不算給力

這次入住體驗差到讓人想立刻拉黑！最讓人無法忍受的就是前台的服務和無法按時入住的問題。
提前一天被告知8號下午14點可以入住，結果我們15點到店，進到前台看到一個年輕小妹和一個胖的***，長頭髮。前台告知三間房有兩間都沒打掃好，讓帶着兩個小孩的我們在大堂傻等。這也就算了，等待過程中，前台那個***不僅服務散漫，還因為自己接電話嫌我們炒，當著我們的麪反覆唸叨“吵死了！吵死了！”這哪裡是服務顧客，分明是當面辱罵！我們帶着孩子，聲音難免，但作為服務人員，這種態度和情商簡直令人髮指，嚴重拉低了整個住宿的印象。如果這個***是老闆我建議大家別去，花錢捱罵。如果不是老闆，建議老闆炒了，真心拉低別人去的慾望。
更氣人的是，明明是他們沒能按時提供房間，耽誤了我們的時間，我們提出延遲退房時，一開始竟強硬表示“不管幾點入住都12點退房”，霸王服務，衹允許他們不按時提供房間，不允許顧客延遲退房。完全不承擔自己的過錯，最後幾經溝通才勉強同意延遲一小時。這種衹認規矩不認理、毫無歉意的態度，實在讓人窩火。
進了房間也沒好到哪去，地板是濕的，還有垃圾，洗手枱水流都不通暢，衞生和設施狀況一塌糊塗。
總之，這次體驗極差，尤其是前台當面辱罵顧客和無法按時入住的問題，讓人忍無可忍。真心不推薦大家來受這份氣！

幫家人訂的，酒店位置離海邊很近，衞生也可以，出門走幾分鐘就到了，停車也方便，北海的沙灘就是軟，每年都來！
