住了兩晚瑞海軒，真的有被驚艷到，所有全部獨立房間獨立的大院子真的太適合一大羣朋友們過來北海旅遊住在一起，又有獨立空間又能一起玩，佔地面積非常的大，而且也很乾凈，院子每個角落都很有設計感看得出花了心思的，熱水供應什麼的也很充足，別墅老闆也非常的熱情好客，這兩天有點打擾到老闆，他還非常客氣地幫我們處理各種問題，真的感受到了北海人民的熱情，希望大家以後來這邊玩都住在這裏！！！！#位置交通便利，就是流下村裡麪#房間設施挺新的，又大又乾淨#服務服務很好，有什麼問題老闆都會及時處理#衞生很好

老闆人真的超級無敵好，超熱情。我們是10.4入住的 然後晚上剛好就颱風了，我們也沒有準備吃的食物，老闆做飯給我們吃，颱風天有得吃都不錯了，我們竟然吃上了海鮮！！！小院的環境也很漂亮，而且特別安靜，睡覺很舒服，拍照打卡也很好看。第二天中午我們就退房準備回家了，退房前又是飽餐一頓！下次來北海還住他家。嗚嗚嗚真的很感動

1、住的地方離停車的地方大概要走5分鐘，雖然提供了摩託車，但是那條街離都是人，開摩託還沒走路快，提行李真的不方便。
2、院裏雜草叢生，也不修剪，有那種紅色的蟲子會爬進房間。
3、有一個房間下大雨會進水，能流到床底下那種。
4、廚房有蟑螂，砧板發黴。
5、後面才發現整租竟然比單獨下單6個房間還貴一點。

民宿的環境挺不錯，安靜清幽，一點不受流下村的熱鬧影響，房間衞生也不錯，衹是房間的投影設備有點雞肋，投影圖像歪斜且效果一般，如果可以換個好點的設備再協助調試就更好了

房間大，離流下村老街很近，出門拐彎就到了，到紫霞灣有一公里多，走路差不多18分鐘左右到景區裏面，這裏住宿環境不錯，拍照出片，漂亮，老闆熱情，到了還送了個柚子，好吃，太贊啦！總的來説還不錯，各方面都還是令人滿意的
