這個酒店最棒的是在僑港風情街進去的口子上，吃東西逛街很方便！酒店樓頂有洗衣機也可使用，也有洗衣液。酒店的洗漱太台水龍頭有點不給力，水流很小，附近有個龍哥海鮮的花蟹葱姜炒還可以，那個汪姐海鮮也隔得近，但是味道一般吧！沒有吹的那麼好。酒店背後麪還有一個早市，可以去吃早餐（好像早市開到1點鐘）小吃種類很多，有個賣蚵仔煎的小攤做得很好吃。

酒店樓下就是僑港街，酒店衞生不錯，床睡着很舒服,空調製冷很快，房間鬧中取靜，晚上睡覺也不覺得吵鬧，好評想續住

酒店位置很好，走路就能到銀灘，工作人員服務態度很好，特別是管家霍霍服務細心，等房給我們送了下午茶，酒店兩個泳池，還有小童樂園，孩子玩得很開心！

我們是8月12號晚入住，13號中午12點退房，酒店環境衞生不錯，也靠近僑港海灘，特別是靠近風情街有很多小吃。但是那天前台服務態度真的很差。13號中午退房之後，我們把行李暫放在酒店，先去吃個海鮮。回來拿行李時，我想借用下1樓的衞生間，就問了前台服務員（可查下13號中午3點這樣誰值班），她剛好就在廁所門口的小桌子吃東西，客氣的問了一下她，她看了我一眼也不答覆，又繼續吃她的食物，可能是覺得我退了房就不想讓我借用1樓的衞生間了。這樣的前台服務態度真的配不上如此好的酒店，會降低迴頭客的入住率。

非常好的入住體驗，強烈推薦😆
😀位置優越，交通方便：酒店臨近僑港風情街的入口處，去小吃街步行起來特別方便；離北海國際客運港也是不行不超過15分鐘，對我們這種第二天要趕早坐船去潿洲島的人簡直是太友好了，即可以睡個自然醒，又可以走走路鍛鍊一下身體。
😆房間舒適，鬧中取靜：雖然酒店的位置處於人羣特別多和集中的僑港風情街，但是房間的隔音做的很好，床也很舒服，睡眠質量很好。
🤩位置便利：去風情街太近了，隨時走兩步就到了。
