棲山海環境好，老闆人也好，還有就是海鮮加工味道槓槓的，小孩挑食的想吃啥老闆都會幫忙買來做，不用擔心小孩吃不好飯，特別温馨。

首先 位置非常偏僻 下雨天那個路全是積水跟泥巴 應該是剛開發的 前不着村後不着店 吃東西衹能開車出去 其次開始行程有變想退房店家要收80%的房費 你不如直接去搶 好不容易到了 叫了個很破的車來接 屁股都要爛了 店家自己是沒有車接送的 這個車基本人手一個吧 我是第二次來了 之前來的時候都是車接車送 這裡是沒有的 幸虧我衹訂了一晚 不然真的被坑死 第二天要走了 在店家這裏買了個早餐10塊一個人我覺得沒問題挺好吃的 不知道是不是覺得我們要換民宿了 招呼也不打 坐在凳子上屁股也不動一下的 再見是沒有的 屁股是不挪的 箱子是不幫抬的 民宿不就是賣個服務嗎 不知道好評咋來的 因為電動車是在店家旁邊租的 還借用了第二家民宿老闆的電動車騎過來還車 也沒收我錢 非常熱情的一個東北大姐 晚上回來還問我們要不要留燈 我衹能説沒有對比就沒有傷害 衞生房間一般般無功無過 完全不推薦！！！（帶螢火蟲基地的民宿都要訂 非常偏僻）

房間很乾凈衞生，民宿老闆一家服務很熱情到位。離海灘也很近步行七八分鐘就到. 每個房間都有陽台還配有休閑桌椅喝喝茶吹吹風看看夜景很舒服.老闆加工海鮮和他們的湘菜都很奈斯.真的性價比很高的一個寶藏民俗。

家庭出遊的，訂了2間房2晚，這間給長者定的。老闆會做飯，湖南口味比較適合愛吃辣的人羣。還會提供趕海工具和游泳圈，問題就是離鎮上比較遠，租車不方便，出行也不方便。
