房東很熱情，有問必答回覆及時，房間衞生還可以，衞生間有一點異味，但是能接受，洗衣方便，有個小陽台，可以直接看海景，卧室的玻璃有些臟，整體上性價比還可以，電視不能投屏，設施也比較簡單，但是比較齊全，該有的也都有，能自己做飯，就是客廳沒空調，卧室的空調製冷效果一般，天一熱客廳沒法待，太熱，離銀灘還有點距離，需要騎電單車，離橋港很近，總體上還可以吧。

小區公寓房，有物業門衞安保，進出要登記或刷卡，還是很安全。房間為二室一廳一廚一衞的住房，齊施齊備，廚房可做飯，整海鮮。樓層在10樓。適合家庭出行，衞生一般，位置離港口較近，步行大約15分鐘。

設施一般，比較老了，洗衣機是老式雙缸的那種，衞生比較乾淨。小姐姐很熱心腸，提供了衣撐和趕海工具，幫忙提供飲食攻略。

海景無敵，站在陽台看不遠處就是港口，老闆很熱情，我們到達的比較晚，老闆借了兩台電動車給我出去溜達逛街。房子可以做飯，去海鮮市場買了回來加工很方便
