第一晚到店後門口小哥無動於衷，主動開口問他房間地址後一臉不耐煩的帶路去房間，絲毫沒注意到兩個大人和一個小孩拿的行李。早餐時，要餐廳服務員多上幾個包子，竟回覆：“吃不飽可以去外面吃，我們老闆就是這麼要求的”。發過來的移動電話、座機永遠打不通（管家説信號不穩定，微信打不通可以理解，移動電話打不通理解，座機就沒人接過你發號碼幹嘛？）。為了小孩玩方便選擇續住一晚，提前和管家説好多拿幾瓶水，做續房時拖拖拉拉，更是把水的事情拋之腦後。酒店環境，位置確實是優勢，管理和服務太差勁！

必須給這家民宿打101分！作為帶着長者和小孩出行的家庭，這裏完全超出了我們的預期：
首先，位置絕佳，步行幾分鐘到海神廣場，雖然收穫的都是小貨，但對小孩來説挖沙，撿貝殼，撿寄居蟹，小螃蟹根本停不下來，長者也能悠閑散步看海景，就這距離還要啥自行車。其次，強烈推薦帶泳池的房型！下午烈日當頭時，小朋友在水裡撲騰，長者在房間納涼看電視，也可以跟着下水撲騰下，完全不用擔心熱到不想出門的尷尬，最後服務很棒，不管是管家的入住行李協助，還是餐廳的早飯，下午茶，都出乎預期，特別是下午茶，份量足以當一頓正餐，同時還能根據我們的需求調整口味，大讚，最後提個小小建議，可以再豐富下早餐和下午茶的種類，住的久的能有更多選擇。總的來説，下次有機會肯定會二刷！
