環境優美 房間舒適 乾淨衞生 服務貼心會幫忙拿行李 下午茶好吃也很及時 剛到酒店時特別餓
如果在酒店吃早餐的話 安利炸醬麪 我和對象都覺得很好吃！是家常的味道（可惜當時衹顧着吃 沒拍麪）餐廳還有適合拍照打卡的大陽台
退房時還送了伴手禮 以後再來北海還會選擇這家酒店住宿

我老公一個人帶兩個孩子入住的，旅拍，趕海，接送，各種服務拉滿！
下午茶，晚上點心，早餐等，我家孩子也很喜歡！借用孩子拍的照片！最最貼心的是我們東西掉房間裏了，酒店也免費給我們發回家了！

房間的面積、看海玻璃窗、滿天星的天花板都帶來了大大的驚喜，超愛，寬敞的落地窗果然是醒在海里，睜眼眼前大海🌊映入眼簾，美不勝收

去了那麼多次北海，直到這家酒店讓我有繼續再去的慾望！
位置很好，房間看到紅橋、沙灘！户外澡池子有很熱的水，跟泡温泉一樣舒服，晚上宵夜回來泡一泡很愜意！
房間也大，提出加床立馬滿足，房間裏的用品隨叫隨加，服務真的是好到爆！人人笑臉相迎，客氣異常！那麼多號稱管家服務的酒店一比之下衹能交客服，這個才是真正的管家式服務，細心且耐心，真的很好！下午茶、晚安甜品都很出色！房間門口外面就是大泳池，泳圈就在電梯旁飲料、礦泉水、咖啡補給處（真·無限量隨便喝）外面，十分方便！
床品也很好，反正一家四口一覺睡到了11點多，錯過早餐，上去阿姨還猛塞東西給我們吃！
去過那麼多五星、豪華連鎖酒店，三亞、文昌、昆明、成都、北京、上海，還沒碰到對比服務和品質高於這家的！免費帶着去趕海也很棒！孩子愛爆了！
以後去北海，還是住這裏了，大愛。白天不出門在酒店都能玩得很舒服！到店離店都是到停車場迎送，還幫扛東西，服務是真的非常非常細緻！感謝每一位服務人員！

非常滿意的入住體驗，酒店離海邊很近，出門口就是，主要很安靜，附近的飯店也很多。很適合家庭成員一起住，酒店衞生乾淨，主要給的洗漱用品都很精緻，下午茶和燉品品質也很好，非常滿意。
