到達酒店後，前台小姐姐特別熱情，服務特別周到，為我們辦理入住，還給我們免費升級房間且很貼心的為我們安排在高樓層，親自引領我們進入房間，進出電梯時還主動扶住電梯門，細節做得特背到位，在微信裏致歡迎詞，主動外賣送貨地址，wifi名和密碼和電動車租車訊息，細節之處可見用心之致，十分感謝給我們的貼心服務，酒店距銀灘很近，步行十分鐘內到達銀灘，房間景色極好，開窗既見海，周邊景色也很美，建築也有特點，每天都能擁有好心情！
房間面積很大，寬敞明亮乾淨整潔，房間備有洗衣機，冰箱，灶台，洗衣池，晾衣架，不在為晾衣找不到地方發愁，每個房間都備有空調，睡眠質量很好，睡着很舒適，周邊餐飲，超市就在酒店旁邊，餐飲一條街，交通便利，性價比特別高，是一家特別不錯的酒店，以後還來北海必定再次選擇該酒店！

酒店樓層原先是一間公寓大廈，所以一層有很多房間，
外邊的人都可以撳樓層上房，保安比較唔係太十分安全，但是房間面積很大，冷氣很足夠，不過只有一條鎖匙，出街後再回房間很熱，一些電掣位已經很老舊鬆脫，沖涼花灑有啲破裂，不過以三人房間154人民幣嚟講算是合理。

在一棟公共樓裏的公寓，談不上服務，前台在沿街的小店鋪。衞生也是民宿水平。怪自己沒看仔細，以為是一棟樓得酒店，結果並不是。不習慣民宿的並不推薦。感覺就像小旅館，隔音也很差。
