管家及時對接，有問題也會及時響應，能解決的還是會積極去解決。有接送服務，房子位置還可以去哪裡打車都是20以內，也確實是海景房，能看到海邊，可是沙灘很臟，下面還有芋泥。入住了五天，第一天入住就感覺網絡不行，幾乎沒用上wf，管家讓電信人來處理***，一個路由器兩層樓，網絡是正常啊，可是你壓根連不上wf，客廳有信號。總之慢的**，第三天停水，當然這個怪不了房東，可是房間基礎設施與價格完全不匹配，馬桶坐上去感覺像踏掉，其中兩個房間床墊硬的堪比寒玉床，衞生死角更是隨處可見，甚至到了噁心的程度。洗漱用品就是招待所標準，2000一晚的房子很不值。

很適合大家庭入住，房間衞生不錯，對面就是海邊，早起的話可以去趕海，還可以自己在別墅裏做菜吃，非常不錯的一次體驗。

一家人來回潿洲島定了這個民宿，房間很寬敞我們6大5小也住的舒服，正面向海，一線海景，去海邊很便捷，從海邊回來我們在附近的市場買了海鮮自己做，北海的荔枝好大，才5塊錢一斤，下一次再來
