真實評價：衝著大投影和視頻會員來的，結果投影模糊，沒有視頻會員，與宣傳不符。房間的設備比較老舊，空調噪音很大，制熱效果不佳，浴室櫃破舊，花灑臟舊，出水量小，水温不穩定，忽冷忽熱。房間臨近馬路，隔音非常差，床也是吱吱響。陽台連結走廊的地方只有一塊不高的玻璃隔着，人隨時能從走廊翻過來，而且陽台的玻璃門鎖還是壞的，非常不安全。入住這個房間的人請慎重考慮。

客服專業，有問必答。回覆的很及時。入住前一天還發入住提醒。很貼心，房間寬敞，向陽，衞生也乾淨，下次來還住這裏。

房間是挺大的。裝修的也還可以，廚房配套的鍋碗瓢盆都有。離銀灘比較近，周邊沒有什麼商場，但是好像有個小鎮可以吃飯。或者叫外賣也可以。停車收費。唯一欠缺的就是衞生狀況比較一般。總感覺民宿的衞生狀態不如酒店。枕頭也比較單薄。不舒服。彈性不好。還有就是退按金要等挺久。還有電視機網速有點慢。偶爾看着就會卡住。每個房間都有空調，但不是每個房間都有電視。只有客廳有電視。
