"The Few Positives: 1. Stunning Sea View – The room offered a beautiful view of the ocean.   2. Efficient Airport Shuttle – The shuttle service was punctual and hassle-free.   3. Prime Location – Conveniently within walking distance of the night market.   4. Exceptional Poolside Staff – One staff member went above and beyond, quickly securing my personal belongings when heavy rain suddenly started.   Major Letdowns: 1. Poor Dining Experience – The BBQ buffet was underwhelming, with unappetizing presentation despite the fair price. Not worth it.   2. Disappointing Breakfast – Limited, low-quality options with bland flavors. Service was lacking: no staff guidance for seating, forcing guests to scramble for tables. Empty food trays were left unfilled for extended periods, leaving guests waiting. 3. Cold & Unwelcoming Service – From check-in to room service, the staff lacked warmth — far below the standard expected of a top-tier hotel.   4. Tiny, Uninspiring Pool – The swimming pool was disappointingly small.   5. Hygiene Concerns – The room was uncomfortably humid."

Numerous family guests have commented that 'children can safely play in the shallow water without worrying about strong waves.' While sharing the same stretch of sand with the adjacent JW Marriott, the Emerald Bay section feels distinctly more peaceful and secluded. 3. **Abundant Complimentary Water Activities:** The hotel provides a variety of non-motorized water sports equipment like banana boats, kayaks, and paddleboards, all free for guests to use (on-site registration required). For families, there are also plenty of sand toys for children, giving parents a break. "We spent 12 nights at the resort. All staff friendly and very helpful, most can improve with the English Language. Restaurants were used every day for dinner and all meals were very tasteful. Reception staff very helpful when we had to get to the private hospital for our 7 month daughter (thank you all!!!). Vinwaters (Vinpearl aquapark- awesome!). Hon Thom island a must too! Easy to organize a grab driver. Remember to withdraw cash at airport if no visa card. Kids club offering many activities (some at a cost). Spa (Massage) awesome!!!  Was my birthday and got surprised with birthday cake and foot massage (with any spa treatment booked)!  Thank you for making our 12 day visit a momerable experience!! And to all staff, thank you!!!"

"Our stay at Pullman was very comfortable and enjoyable. Our room was clean and big enough for our family. During our 10 day stay we were never bored with the superb and diverse breakfast buffet. There were western and eastern style dishes prepared with quality ingredients. The restaurants, pool bar and room service foods were delicious though a bit expensive compared to local restaurants. The spa was professional and affordable. We ended up getting spa treatments twice! The pool was huge with different areas for children and adults including a small water park for the kids. Our children also enjoyed the indoor playground, especially the activities organized by their attentive staff. The Pullman staff were all professional, attentive, and caring towards their guests. For our wedding anniversary, they greeted us with a delicious desert and personalized card in our room. We had a minor noise complaint regarding the restaurant upstairs. They solved the noise issue immediately and gifted us with a free bottle of wine. The spa staff was professional and attentive to our needs. Pullman Resort is near the airport with free transportation back and forth. It is also near Sao Beach and Sunset Town, but far from other tourist spots in the north. The only negative was trash found on the beach. While we were there the waves were rough and probably brought in the trash."

"We had a wonderful stay with our kids! This place is perfect if you're looking for a peaceful getaway away from the city, surrounded by nature. The kids absolutely loved the foam party and water sports activities. One small suggestion for the hotel: Adding a slide to the pool would make it even more fun for the little ones and the operator hardly answers the call as I think it is because they use the app more! Highly recommend! Overall it is 10/10"

"We enjoyed at this hotel as a family and found it very convenient for our needs. The location made it easy to explore nearby attractions and travel around. The breakfast offered was delicious and had a great variety, which the whole family appreciated to start each day right. The hotel staff were welcoming and attentive, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, it was a perfect choice for a family getaway, and we would happily stay here again!"

"We stayed at Vinsholiday Hotel and found the overall experience could be improved. The check-in process was inefficient — we arrived 3 hours early and were told we had to pay for early check-in. However, even when it reached the official check-in time at 2pm, we still had to wait a while before getting our room. The cleanliness of the pillows and bed sheets was disappointing, with some noticeable stains. The pillow quality was also poor and too thin, so we had to request a replacement. Soundproofing was another major issue — we could clearly hear doors opening and closing, doorbells ringing, and people talking in the hallway. The good part is the location — it’s very close to Grand World, and there is a free shuttle bus to VinWonders, which is very convenient."

"All of got to say is that the staff is very attentive to details especially the request made. The villa is super well kept. The breakfast spread was good better than most accommodation that we have stayed at. Everybody should try living here at least once."

The rooms are clean and quiet, providing a good night’s rest after a day of sightseeing. There’s also a small gym on the second floor, which is a nice touch for those who want to keep up with their workouts. The real highlight, however, is the infinity pool on the 11th floor, offering great views of the coastline. While the hotel delivers on basic comforts, it lacks some of the finer touches that would elevate the experience. Still, for the price and location, it’s a reasonable option for travelers who value convenience and a peaceful stay."
