Amazing

GGuest UserI stayed at this hotel for two nights. From the time of check-in, I was able to spend a comfortable time with the kind guidance. Cleanliness, coffee and breakfast service were also substantial. Also, access was close to the center of Visby, so there was no problem! If I can come to Gottland again, I would like to stay here! It was such a good hotel :)))

GGuest User1. The hotel is in a great location, you can walk to the pier and the station, and you can also walk to most of the attractions in the town 2. The hotel has a rich variety of breakfast 3. The room is clean and tidy, and the sea is beautiful when you look out the window 4. The front desk staff is very warm and friendly 5. Please note that the hotel does not have air conditioning, only a small fan, and there is no laundry room

GGuest UserWe had such an amazing experience staying at Hotell Slottsbacken. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room, although a little cosy, had all the amenities and the bed was very comfortable. We had a view of the sea behind the trees. Everything was clean. The breakfast was amazing with vegan and gluten-free options available. We would love to return again in the future and definitely recommend it to others looking for a hotel in Visby!

AAnonymous UserI had already paid the room rate online with my credit card, but when I tried to check in at the front desk, I was asked to pay. If I hadn't noticed right before tapping my credit card, I would have paid twice. There was no apology from the front desk, and it was a very unsettling response.

GGuest UserVery pleasant stay, spring & early summer came in with 20 C, our room was very cozy, breakfast perfect every four days in our stay. I will never forget the blackbird ‘s song every evening. Nice and kind staff, no complaints from me.

ににゃlockSatisfied ☺︎ Especially the morning buffet is my favorite with the Swedish breakfast lineup! !! However, there were some spiders in the room and the footsteps on the upper floor (probably the front desk) were heard before 6 am because it was an underground room, so I think it is a good inn for those who don't care. It is possible to leave your luggage after check-out, but it will be placed in a keyless location at the front desk where the staff is not always there, but the security is not bad until this point.

GGuest UserVery worth experiencing the cabin, although mini but everything is equipped, there is a small yard! If a family of four stays, the price is too high! Unfortunately, I booked for one night, if I come next time, I must book a few more days in advance! Before leaving, I met the staff who came to clean, very enthusiastic, and helped me find the next hotel! A great experience! My son also likes it! It should be noted that bedding (sheets, quilt covers, pillowcases) bath towels and toiletries should also be provided by themselves or asked them to pay for rent. This is also the norm in most homestays or apartments in Northern Europe!
